The variety of head coaching personalities is one of my favorite things about the league right now. There's fiery passionate guys like coach Campbell, low key no-nonsense coaches like Belichick, and cool quirky dudes like coach McDaniel. I love it 🤣
Do the coaches and players review this and edit themselves? I would imagine many things have to be kept confidential so they probably only let you hear just the funny parts.

How unusual is it for a 1st year head coach of a team to be this good? His players respect him, read today online Tua talked about Coach McDaniel really boosting his self confidence. Guy is one in a million.
To be fair the Dolphins finished really strong last year. He has just done a really nice job of carrying it over and improving the offense. They are 16-4 in their last 20 games.

McDaniel has done what Flores couldn’t accomplish. Flores sure looks dumber and dumber each week.
It’s a great time to be a first time head coach I guess. You have McDaniels on Dolphins and O’Connell on Vikes. Coach of the year is going to be rough when the time comes.

I love him talking about Georgia merely due to being mic'd up. More significantly, hearing his interaction with Tua, keeping him loose - there's a reason Tua is undefeated in full games this seasons.
The funniest thing to me is how he holds up the play chart to disguise the tongue in cheek stuff he's actually saying, like it's super secret play stuff... I always think coaches are devising the most devious stuff when they have the play chart covering their lips. Hilarious.
