@@josephmalone9386 Yes, all good things are ephemeral, and pass so quickly that we lose track of time. At 56, I still remember the good times, and when I see and hear these wonderful videos, they make me travel, relive and numb me warmly and I will never let them be lost. There are so many great songs from my youth that make me think and wonder if there is a way to preserve the good things. Well, now that I stopped working, I'm about to convert all the music videos to virtual reality. I don't know if copyright will let me publish them for free??? But I'll try, what can I say?

Aahhh the 1980s, what a decade ! Good times. Better days. Perfect for a teenager way back then. Carefree life. Simplier and happier moments. So basic. Nostalgia. New wave music, the perfect theme songs for the teens of the greatest decade in human history. Long live Gen X. With love from the Philippines..... God bless us all.
Three years ago, my partner Alan, died unexpectedly. I cried every day for at least six months as I could not believe he'd gone. I felt we'd been cheated. Him of his life, and me of a wonderful man. The morning after he passed I woke up crying from a dream he was in and this song was in the dream, and on my mind. I don't know why this song. Now, whenever I hear it, Alan is with me. I listen to it and it gives me the deepest nostalgic and emotional feeling. It's now our song, forever. Rest in peace, beloved. Xx
It's strange, somehow I feel the sounds of this song tap into an emotional core. It evokes memories of a different time and place surrounded by different people. Quite beautiful in its own way.
For some reason hearing it made me want to roll up and down daisy buttercup hills in a carefree manner before sunset on the first warm day of summer. Strange,I know.
I feel I am thrown back in time and able to see my happy self in my teenage years carefree and have that same feeling of joy and and happiness but almost an overwhelming sadness also because it's in the past. Beautifully enchanting
