This knot can be easily untightened just by pulling on the other end of string, unlike the taut line hitch, which requires reaching under the tight space..
Didn't find this very clear to follow to be honest, green cord against green blanket, text all over the screen, camera focus was out. Will look for better video of same

Very useful! I use it a lot! You can also use a large soft shackle with a lark's head knot!

I've been using these a little more lately but never thought to try a barrel stopper knot! That's a great idea, will definitely start using that.
I think a larger stopper is better for this type of application but probably better to stick to a smaller one for an arbor knot on a fishing reel.
