Parts of Maryland hit by tornadoes, storms cause flooding and damage

Parts of Maryland were hit by tornadoes or were under Tornado Warnings on Wednesday night.
Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Cecil County, Harford County, Howard County and Kent County were all under Tornado Warnings.
