The layout is really creative and amazing, but a little tip to make the side walks bigger, it'll be hard to wake trough it and not enough space to place staircases for residential buildings or cafe chairs and tables, to make that happen you could make it two blocks instead of one and make the building plots a litte smaller. I really think that you should start by doing a cute and cozy cafe or do a bridge with water under so the apartment nets can have a view ! :)
