Great job Jason. No matter the size of the situation, its great to see these responses are taken seriously. It could have been worse. I'm sure grateful.
I like how you are able to tell us what call your on. And by chance can you please film the whole video not just driving part like this lawnmower fire could have shown us them putting it out. I understand if it's like a fatel then I wouldn't but house fires car fires this and ECT. Thank you sir
Nice stop Chief! Was it a riding mower ? Good case for ALL homeowners having a Dry Chem extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, and First Aid Kit as part of their Home Fire/Safety tools. 👩🚒👨🚒👍
@@mikesturboss he uploads RESPONSE videos…same thing he has done for many, many years. This is not a helmet cam, it’s a dash cam. He’s not going to point the car at every single point of action because he’s more concerned about public safety and not his RUclips channel.
@@mikesturboss you stupid bro its a fire his job is put out fire not "SeTuP PeRFeCt Camera aNgle FoR YoUTube" while the fire grows closer to the house. The camera is a fixed dashcam to his vic not his head
Yeah I am a Firefighter in florida and if I were to show on scene and have no scene size up...my chief would chew my ass....I was on a vehicle wreck and tried to scene size up and dispatch cut me off...my chief then tried to chew me a new one luckily my deputy chief was listening and told him I tried to give a on scene size up report and dispatch told me to hold my traffic.
We apologize you didn't get to see more of the fire. We are not here for your viewing pleasures. You get what you get when you watch our videos. If that does not make you happy, then you can find plenty of other videos. Our focus isn't on camera angles.
@@JASON8502 i think you are missing the point. If like you said on profile for purposes of learning. You cant learn or teach other firefighters if your not showing them. How can you review the video with your fellow crew if your not videoing them. Like i said the proper way is to watch David Decker. If a firefighter got hurt doing something wrong or if the wrong procedure was followed you wouldnt have video of it. Thats why i watch these videos. Always learning. And finding betters ways to learn and teach.
It's interesting how the style and technique of your dispatchers differ from those in my home county in southern Kentucky. Do your dispatchers take training at EKU? US 421 is the main north/south rout
He probably needed to put the addresses GPS that's what I would guess it's not like a career fire department where they have computerdispatch to Route it that's just my guess
Must had a good reason to stop and wait for dispatch or GPS to put the address in I would hate to be called out to a fire and responded before dispatch sent me the address I would hate to go to the wrong place this a volunteer fire service they don't have fancy computer like tools city fire departments do
hmm i cant tell to much smoke but i thought you would of had gotten the hose or at least a fire extinglisher to try to stop it Normally that what any first in fire fight, chief, u name it would do.

4401 needs to learn what an onscene report is. Great video.
At my old school, we did some basic fire training. I know what one is
Like u could do better
@@jonathanupton3744 A FF1 academy cadet would fail the skills exam question on giving a size up if that one as done.

I think the fire is to the left. I wouldn’t know the camera is pointing in wrong direction

Notice the time on the dashcam is different to the time the dispatcher says.
It’s because it’s set to the wrong time.
With Froggy 95.9 on in the background lol
Chief great stop good work i seen the Facebook post about this it could have been way worse
Always enjoyed watching your Videos . stay safe out there.
