Keep in mind that your earnings depend on your overall job level. So if it's low you may earn 200k every night instead of 500k. But with every night your level will increase and you will make more and more money

I use the macro in a neighborhood, but when I stop using the macro and I am on a public server playing normally and no longer getting money, if someone just reports me for bothering they can ban me, or only the game detects it if they see me and do they report doing that?

Actually a ban is unrelated to afk farming, if someone spam reports you it doesn't matter if you ever did afk farming, you could still get banned.
