Looks like they could have had better flowing jumps. So many dudes struggling to get a decent flow on these things.

Jumps are trash, judges are trash, riders are phenomenal.
those jumps do look trashed. why can't they sort this out? can't recall a triple challenge where the jumps weren't bad.
The jumps were soggy and running slow on day one because of the rain. Ask questions before passing judgement.

Jumps look slow. Take a foot or two off the second jump landing and I think it'd be better. Nice run for Sandoval, 1st worthy.
Yeah I thought the same. Maybe spread em out a bit more with a pump roller in between to keep flow a bit more.

Judging makes no sense you have people hacking pedaling in the pits landing sketchy placing people better than people who were smooth in control no pedals
It’s based on level of difficulty and execution.
So if you pull something much harder but not as smoothly you’ll still score higher

1) Making it through without pedalling *_is_* difficult. Trick difficulty isn't the only kind of difficulty.
2) In general they did rank the people who didn't pedal higher. I think 10th (Wallace) was the first one I saw who made it through (and I do think he should have been ranked higher). Oh also I forgot Edgar. He was robbed for sure.
The jumps were running super slow. Hence all the fronties
@@jakebmx10 oh for sure. Which just makes it more impressive to watch riders who can consistently make it through cleanly, with or without big tricks thrown in as well.

These comments make me feel bad for fudger and the our BMX crew, they put all this work in and get a bunch of whiney entitled complainers in the comments trashing jumps that are probably way bigger than what they would even attempt to hit. Thanks for the awesome coverage! Look forward to the next one.
no ones attacking them for the video work if you read the comments. They're trashing the builders (The Dirt Factory), who I know on a personal level, they are some of the best trail builders in the world and have built some of the craziest trails like Redbull Dreamline they did some years back.

Too many dudes having to pedal between jumps. I get that they’re throwing huge tricks but you still shouldn’t have to pedal between jumps.
These judges are wack dude in 12th should've been top 5 easy.
They better not dog Sandoval again he always kills it with technical combos not just double flips and fronties

Double flip combos are at least somewhat more exciting than just adding bar spins or bike spins.
