@@IRONSILVER22 I suppose we both like looking at synth videos in that case. 😀After listening a bit more to Opsix videos, I decided buying an Elektron Digitone instead, which was what I was about to when the OpSix was announced. Hey Uejii, could you use the Virtual Patch to modulate the Filter cutoff on the Saw Operator with the Envelope? For each of the operators in a different way? Maybe that would be too much, but it would make it a virtual analog synth as well as FM beast. Also, with the additive waves and the sliders controlling the operator volumes, you could have a pretty cool clonewheel organ patch too (if you use 1 +5 on one operator, and maybe 1+2 on another one which you pitch up a fifth, for example. If it has a Rotary effect that is.) (Or invite Lester!) I love the music you did at the beginning, as always! Greetings from NYC.

It's too early to buy fm based hardware synths, this long time dead already fashion music style will come back in next 30 years, not sooner.
Except it is back now - or this wouldn't even have existed. It's not the first FM synth of the last few years, and it won't be the last.
Especially for film composing/sound design. FM has definitely found a place amongst those exploring the threshold. For a pop song maybe not.
Actually you are all wrong. FM synths were never out of style, nor the type of music made on it in here in Japan.
Modern Trance and Melodic House producers def use FM synthesis for tracks to create atmosphere
sounds compressed, thin and cheap like everything else made today
