They were soft, shiny, and very chewy the first night. I refrigerated the unused cookie down then right before I baked them the next day I added a lol baking powdered to the mix. Texture is great now. Needs vanilla extract tho
I have made them without the honey, replaced it by sweeteners and added cinnamon, they are delicious. Next time I think I will add ginger. Thanks for the recipe 😊
I just made the second version cookies and the whole family LOVED them. Will deffinetly make them again. Thanks for the recipe! I deffinetly recommended everyone to try it out. :)
I made both cookie recipes last night. they are delicious!! just one thing...its just too much peanut butter on both recipes. first recipe i followed the recipe just as told, added 1/2 cup p. butter and the cookies while baking them had oil pouring out of them: so on the second recipe which calls for 1 cup of p butter, I only added 1/4 c. of p. butter. they came out really nice. perhaps its my p. butter? i don't know but i still thank you for the recipes. i love them!!
Thanks you liked the recipe. Actually it might be the case of consistency of oil in peanut butter. My peanut butter was bit dry because half of the bottle was already consumed:p and the cookies came out perfectly fine. But I will try again with the new unopened bottle of peanut butter with the measuring you provided. Thanks stay tuned.
It could definitely be the type of peanut butter. There's a big difference between the big peanut butter brands like Jif and Skippy and the all natural peanut butter you can get from places like whole foods. The all natural is way oilier. If you were using all natural peanut butter, and Fizy was using a big brand, that could completely explain the difference.
Remember guys, pure honey is naturally sweeter than regular store-bought fake honey so if using pure honey you might want to go easy. A tip for you I found satisfying: Coat the tip of your finger with oil or any fat and run it all along the inside of your tablespoon or measuring cup when measuring honey. This way you’ll have All the amount of honey in the recipe with no wastage. Then again.. the cookies may be healthy but serving size should always be taken in consideration. Moderation is recommended still here. I’ll have a go using tahini (sesame seed powder with sesame oil) instead. Pretty nice recipe. 👍🏻
thanks i was about to make cookies with almost a full cup of sugar and peanute butter and thought i might as well type in healthy for the fun of it and now am about to make the first onez
Thank you . . . Here's my EZ way: Just pour out what looks to be 2 tbsp honey and scoop out what looks like enuf PB (this isn't rocket science) and mix with fork (to save mess on wisk). Just a suggestion for people with no patience like me! 😄
🙏 these cookies will be delicious, pls allow my asking about the added honey. I read that most or parts of the honey benefits are going lost in high temperatures, which means that you might consider using a diffent sweetener (not stevia preferred) 🙏
wow awesome cookies. Thank you for sharing this recipe and I would definitely recommend this recipe to my family and friends. I use True Elements whole oatmeal as they are a clean label brand food which makes it trustworthy and is 100% pure and I eat them for my breakfast after my gym workout. And trust me they are the best. Thank you again for this video :)
For the oat flour recipe, I suggest doubling the oat flour part. and I used carbonated water instead of the egg. Oat flour needs more moisture than other flours.
Thank you for this simple to follow recipe. I am slowly moving to eating less processed foods and love a sweet snack. I am going to try your recipe and method. Can I add in raisins or chocolate chips?
Thank you so much for the feedback. Yes you can add raisins I recently uploaded all healthy ingredients peanut butter cookies recipe with raisins. If you would like to watch here is the recipe video: ruclips.net/video/H-z-Yq3puCo/видео.html

Heeyyy!! First, thank you so much for thé recipes. Can you please show us thé calories of the 2 recipes of you Know it? By the way, sorry for my english.
Really liked the presentation. My attempt using method 2 resulted in very dry cookies. I used all natural peanut butter out of the fridge. It was stiff to blend and before I added the oat flower the mix of egg, honey and peanut butter did not look like yours. I was only able to mix with a spatula after adding the flour (whisk could not cut it). At this point I suppose I should added more liquid?!?! Reply please
This video showed up on my feed, and now I really want to make these cookies! (Probably will!😂😍) Subscribed to your channel! You're almost to a thousand!🙂
I made these this morning. They turned very dry, maybe it's I slightly over cooked them. Am I daft or what but, I couldn't see the cooking time or temperature in the description. HELP PLEASE. 😆😆
I tried the second one I'm not a big fan of the oats it makes it crumy I used honey peanut butter instead of honey and peanut butter I put a little more peanut butter because the oats dried it a lot I only used a little oats it's basically sand I said to my self maybe I didn't cook it long enough but I cooked it at 22 minutes it's to crumy 1>10

Hey, these look really good. Did you use all natural peanut butter? And what type of oats did you use - quick cooking oats or old fashioned oats?
Yes I used all natural peanut butter and old fashioned oats.
For the oat flour recipe, I suggest doubling the oat flour part. and I used carbonated water instead of the egg. Oat flour needs more moisture than other flours.

Yes, you can.
Will try these, thank you but are you sure 360 degrees temp is for oven or you mean to say 360 F?
This is America, not Europe, of COURSE it was Farenheit, why did you assume it was celsius?
