- Ray “Cash” Care is a Navy SEAL veteran with multiple tours and other numerous overseas security details. Upon leaving SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team Two (SDV-2), Ray turned his passion and SEAL Team experience to the world of self-improvement and team building.
Ray is not the lead instructor of The Modern Day Knight Project, a “ a 75-hour self-development program for men who want to break free from the lower version of themselves,” The Squire Program and the LTD Project.
Ray is in the business of building men into purpose driven leaders, and believes that vulnerability is at the core of becoming great.
On this weeks episode, Brandt and Ray talk about doing hard things, conquering your inner voice, showing love as a Navy SEAL, and of course, Ray shows vulnerability by sharing his darkest moments.

Wasn't sure about Ray Cash Care as a role model for myself, but after this interview, my view has become way more positive. He's a thoughtful guy with a strong, dynamic take on masculinity. Awesome conversation.

Coming from The Selection. I've watched it over and over and over until integrity sunk into my head. The military is forever a love of mine. I personally was not able to join due to medical. But, if only. Keep sacrificing for others.
More people should be aware of Ray Cash. He's a beast, he's a motivator, and he seems like a genuine guy.

I love the rawness of Ray and other retired SF guys like Nick Lavery, Bedros, and Shawn Ryan. They tell it like it is and they share their warrior mentality. To me, that is worth more gold!
And Ray is a pretty down-to-earth guy too. Can he be an a_hole? Yeah. It depends who you ask. But I rather deal with an honest a_hole than the other fake a_holes I deal with on a regular basis.
