Just got to keep it up. I put guitar down for about 10 years until I decided to pick it up again a few years ago, and I can tell you that 10 years ago it would've taken weeks just to learn this little lick. That's how far I've come in just a year or two. Just takes the patience to sit down and practice.
@@AndyDoesGuitar Same here. Hadn't played much for years, got serious last year and have been working on Crazy Train, Hotel Calif and a few other solos. Seems like once you get certain speeds and techniques working then learning new stuff is way faster. My finger tapping sucks. Maybe put that on your lesson list!
Your videos have excellent production quality and look like they take weeks to produce... Nice content. What did you do with your sterling majesty in the end?

Is that the same majesty you scratched the matt off of. Because I'm noticing how it now looks like super man, with the blue on the body, and basically red tights
LOL! Yeah, I ended up refinishing the body with a chameleon paint (changes blue to purple depending on the angle of the light), and I kept the neck and headstock the same matte red.
I'm a master at steps 1 and 2 😁 however you forgot step 2.5, quit for the day and restart at step 2 tomorrow!
I don't think I'm getting there in 3 hours, but I've lived through most of that!
