The restoration work took a month to complete. There are many parts that have been restored so far. The engine was restored due to major damage to the pistons and liner. The travel motor is leaking due to a broken seal. All hydraulic cylinder seals have been replaced. Paint and repair the body. Replacing rollers, some rollers were damaged and were replaced. The interior has been rebuilt. The bucket has been repaired and a lot of other things have been restored. watch till the end and you can see what has been restored....

In Asia restoration means cleaning and painting. For an excavator in that condition pneumatic systems a critical. These guys just painted them and installed. They need new seals and thorough inspection of the pistons and the cylinders.

we tried everything , but in the end we still had to use manual method to quickly remove the hand , thank you very much

Просто покрасили, вот и вся реставрация. Вместо того, чтобы раму шпаклевать, лучше бы внимание ползунам для натяжки гусенц внимание уделили, болтаются как г@вно в проруби. Ни один палец из гусеницы не выбили чтоб осмотреть...зато траки отшлифовали, как будто дома на нем ездить будут. Ни один палец не помазали, скрипеть как старая телега после первого дождя будет. Короче реставрация для менеджеров, они поверят.

Друзья, я не пойму, какими принципами вы руководствуется когда красоте эксковатор. Почему у вас то серая, то жёлтая, то синяя краска. Зачем катки жёлтые, а цилиндр синий. Так не красят на заводе и так не положено. Не эксковатор, а пеструшка какая то . Некрасиво. Есть международные ГОСТы по раскраске строительной техники, ее надо придерживаться.

Great idea and you had my attention up until you started to bondo the frame. What sense does that make? It’s heavy equipment, not a car. How long do you expect that to hold up when it’s back to being used regularly? You’d be better served to descale the whole frame, media blast it and paint it with a few coats of paint. You’re not restoring a show car so the added bodywork is just a time and money sink.

Ну что я могу сказать. Как стрелу с ковшом сняли не показали. Ходовые шестерни не сняли, гидравлику не сняли, шланги не проверили на пригодность. Гидравлическую систему не промыли. При заполнении системы маслом наверняка будет протечка, а изношенные детали не дадут нормального движения. Позор это, а не работа. Только дизлайк. Посмотрю последующие видео, но не уверен, что поставлю там где нибудь лайк.

Another shitty repair job, if I dare call it that. No one uses bondo to make up for metal fatigue or loss. He never pulled the drive motor off and drive sprocket off to replace bearings and rebuild; never pulled the front idler sprocket off the replace bearings and check; I hope he replaces the turntable hoses, as I'm sure they are dry rotted. There has to be a system to warn buyers about such fakes in some way or another.

There's a saying in the uk. "You cant polish shit but you can roll it in glitter. That machine is scrap without renewing parts. The sprockets and rollers are worn out. The tracks are worn out. You didnt cap any of the hydraulic lines so the system is now full of dirt. That doesnt matter though because you havent serviced any of the cylinders anyway. I could go on but cant be bothered because you dont care anyway so its made ghe whole job pointless
