The SaniDry Sedona High-Performance Crawl Space Dehumidifier and Air System is the most effective and efficient way to dry both the crawl space and upper levels of the home. How does this work?
The air inside a home flows from bottom to top. A crawl space sucks in outside air. Warm, humid air enters the crawl space and causes high humidity and condensation, which leads to mold growth and odors.
The SaniDry Sedona helps improve the indoor air quality with combined air filtration and humidity control. The self-draining dehumidifier with built-in pump removes up to 100 pints of water per day from the crawl space air and dries wood, building materials, and stored contents. This helps dry upstairs air too, which can help reduce energy costs.
The SaniDry Sedona is available exclusively through our network of crawl space encapsulation contractors. Contact us today for a free inspection and crawl space dehumidifier estimate with your local Basement Systems company.

why can't i find the replacement air filters for these online?
from a company called iaq living. they fit perfectly. 15.25"L x 13.12"W x 1.75" The basement people want you to pay $70 for a "tuneup" where they just come and replace the filter. Which really only costs half that.
How about a MANUAL!!!! I have one leaking and cannot get any help to fix it no manual so I can try to fix it myself
they were recalled. Mine died twice, lasted 8 months on the dot each time, and had to get it replaced a 3rd time after a recall where they supposedly added stabilizing foam and redipped the coating for compressor or something like that. They previously used a spray on coating which did not last more than a year. Honestly I hate the thing, its loud as all hell and overkill for my basement. After they "Fixed" it the damn thing smells now too. You should have a 5 year manufacturer warranty if you got it through a dealer. When mine dies for the 4th time I'm going to just get a cheap boxstore dehumidifier. Sure it will run all the damn time but how much money you saving after $1500 and the thing dying on you just the same? lol Getting their stupid basement systems drain system was the worst mistake I've made in my life ruined the walls of my foundation and it relies on water literally sitting right below your floor unlike a traditional system which actually has pitched pipes to route router further down underneath.
Box store unit put pump in it take water out side have 2 one running for 10 years all the time
