Ingredients for 4 people
400g dried rice noodles
300g shrimps
1 squid
500g mussels
150g broccoli
150g mushrooms
250g Chinese cabbage
1 onion
30g garlic
25g tapioca or corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp of sugar
A pinch ground pepper
5 tbsp vegetable oil

Soaking the rice for 2 hours is too long! What’s an alternate method? I heard that you can freeze fresh noodles, but how do you defrost it.
