  • What we eat in a day small family
This summer Sunday I am up early and cooking from scratch. I usually get up and workout (run) and then start cooking our lunch for when we return. I also have a beautiful diy for your kitchen, and then we are off to church, again. Much love to you this Summer.🌱

Loved watching and getting closer look into your Sunday. Reminds me A LOT of my upbringing…two services on Sunday’s, prepping meals for the pastor (although my dad was the pastor), napping between services, and more. I also love that you dress up for church. I still wear a dress to church as well and my kids (teens) wonder why I make an effort to dress differently? Guess old habits and I love putting in the extra effort when going to church, when church clothes has gotten so relaxed these days. Just be. ☺️ Would you mind sharing your denomination?

Thank you for sharing. It’s better to store your oils in amber glass for protection of the UV light. To also keep all the nutrients.

That’s true but if they are out of the direct light, used regularly to empty and washed before reuse. It’s nice to see the colours of the contents.

YES! Someone else who doesn't want to go to church smelling like roast! When I was a teenager my mom had made a roast and we went to church and my cousin told me I stank. It literally scarred me for life. I'm 56 and I'm still traumatized.

Sarah, I love your videos never apologize about your content. Love to see your cooking and basically anything you’re sharing. Your voice is so calming.
Love the bottles they look so neat and pretty.
I did use your suggestion of putting items in glass jars for storing and I love it, I also believe if you vacuum seal them everything has a longer shelf life. Food looked delicious, especially the sourdough 😍. Have a wonderful week.

Lol..i just had to giggle when you said you didn't want to go to church smelling like a roast😅 That's a smart way to get around it! Lunch sounded & looked delicious! I've never heard of vinegar in green beans either 🤷‍♀️ And I me & my husband both come from fashioned, down home country cooking families! From the yard/garden to the table.. we didn't even have can food in the house when i was a little girl! But I will definitely give it a try, i love learning new & simple things to make something already good even better! I drank my coffee plain or black for many years. Then when I was staying with my son a couple yrs ago, he always drank cold coffee with caramel machiatto creamer, which i got used to.. besides it was hard to drink hot coffee as hot as it was there in Florida🥵 So that's what I've used the last couple years. And since we have the frothing machine for the creamer, the addiction is real! Lol😄 Same here! That's been something I've done since i was a young girl was nap on Sundays! My mom did it, so that's what i was used to. Me & my husband both enjoy it! My son, who's grown & married now, still does it too, he napped with me when he was little so i guess its in his blood lol😄 Its almost like by Sundays all your steam is out so you need a nap to reboot for the week! I love watching all the ladies on utube that i follow make their sourdough bread! I'm not A bread eater and not good at baking..i can cook very well, but baking is just not my thing 🤷‍♀️ I love the little bottles, they're so l pretty! I if enjoy, your videos are always relaxing😊 Hope you have a blessed week!🙏🏻

This is a lovely video. I enjoyed it. The glasses are beautiful. I was just organizing and cleaning the cabinet under the kitchen sink.. I need to get some sort of storage for the soap and sponges. I like the white sponges. Your food sounds delicious! Sundays are hectic for us too. Two services just about 5 hours apart.
