A video of a full walk up Bangla Road, Patong at 10pm showing some of the changes from previous visits.
Bangla Road is the centre of nightlife for the popular Thai holiday destination that is Phuket.
It's a great place for bar hopping, with many regular bars, beer bars, gogo bars, live music bars and nightclubs all on one street!
There are lots of touts around, but if you walk with a beer in hand or a camera then generally they leave you alone.

Thanks for another great video of Bangla Road in Patong! I'm definitely looking forward to being back in Thailand in about six months, although I'm still not interested in Phuket. It seems like Patong, and especially Bangla Road are just an expanded version of Khao San Road in Bangkok, which is also not high on my "to visit" list. I think I'll be heading to Chiang Mai before I ever go to Patong, and I still remain loyal to Pattaya. That being said, different strokes for different folks as both Bangla and Khao San are packed every night I'm sure. Thanks again for the great video, hope things are going great for you. :)

I've had terrible experiences with eating pizza in Asia and the Pacific. The Pizza Company has been the best by far. My wife (Thai) wanted to try the durian pizza, and I actually liked it.
Just come back from Patong and can’t wait until I go again in March. Love the place 🍻😜🍻😜
Too bad crazy horse closed, at least I got to see it when it was going strong, and Thailand still has plenty of great bars.

Shark Discotheque has been the first big club at Soi Bangla , i guess built around 1997. If its still good, I dont know as my last visit to Patong has been in 2004. Pizza 1112 seems to me, to be back on its old place. And the famous two, Aussie and Kangaroo Bar has been also my favourites there. But when I watch your vlogs regularly, Patong seemed to had change very much since then

Your videos have such a positive effect on me :) i love watch them after a hard day at work makes me feel relaxed! I was recently in Phuket. I rented a car for 12 days because the taxi is expensive. The people who work there are professional and friendly. Everything was very fast and without problems. The car was like new. The staff answered all my questions. They also rent motorbikes. I strongly recommend ORANGE CAR PHUKET if you need a car or a motorcycle!

Many of the girls will stay at the same bar for years, if the management is good to them, like Kangaroo 1 and 2, they will generally go home in the slow season to see family then return.
If you in Bangla road, drop in and have a drink, great bar, lovely ladies.

First time I went to Patong was the year before the tsunami, changed so much since then .
There is a video on you tube , search’ Patong 1988 ‘have a look at that one , a drive down beach rd into Bangla, you won’t recognise the place

18:01 Next time you should film the tiki bar complex at OTOP. Nicer people, less crowded, less expensive, and more relaxed. All of those tiki bars are family run and dont have the "Corporate" feel of Bangla.

Any nice or luxury hotel reccomendation for Paytong beach? I will be busy in Phuket the first week in December for the first time. I can't decide which beach to stay on. I like all the action and the Nightlife and the convenience and the variety of things to do. However, I could see myself easily being in bed by 11 p.m. and I don't want to be disturbed by the noise if I'm trying to sleep.
I have a variety of Interest I enjoy the culture and the history. I like the small-town feel and little quieter beaches. I like luxury and fine hotels but also don't have the budget to go expensive. I would be willing to pay up to $200/$25 a night for a hotel that offers a few more luxuries. Please can anybody give me any suggestions?
Some Advise: Hey, never been to Thailand but plan on visiting. Mid 40s, blond, got game but i dont want to put up with ANY bullish. Want to see the sight but might like a gal or two to enjoy the visit. Suggestions?
Avoid Patong, The other beaches are much better and genuine. Phuket town is very modern and nice but still Thai
I disagree with Elmar in that the most action is in Patong, and you can access all tourist destinations from there also, however he is correct regarding beaches, I will stay in Patong but bike it to other beaches for a swim.
As far as interaction with ladies, it will be similar at most beach locations, ie, Surin, Kamala, Karon, Rawai, etc, just be aware of your surroundings and establish an agreement with the intended lady or ladies before interaction.
Just be aware it is an addictive environment and it will make an impact on your future perceptions of reality.
Go......and enjoy the food and hospitality..

Dec-Feb is usually the high tourist season in Thailand. Especially for Phuket, many hotels jack up the prices during these months...

If it's for the ladies, go everywhere. 1 week Pattaya, 1 week Phuket, 1 week Bangkok. Plenty of other touristy things to do in all 3 to fill the days. Food is great everywhere.
Koh samui ,Patong then the remainder of your trip Pattaya ,because if you do the reverse you wont go to the other 2 😁

I like both for different reasons. The island vibe is better on Samui but the bars and clubs are better in Phuket. Either way you can't go wrong! :)
