The whole band sounds outstanding, but it’s tremendous how much Jesse has improved his live vocals. The best he’s ever sounded thus far. Killer sound mix as well.
I know it’s not said a lot because Jesse is so incredible but Alex is such an underrated drummer! To play that live with that precision is just incredible.
That God for this band. Chronic pain, girlfriend left me, this was our favorite band, slowly allowing myself to enjoy this again without feeling confronted with all the shared memories.
His solo project Ghost Atlas is so good as well. It gives me Saosin Self Titled vibes in the best way. That Saosin album is one of the best of all time in my eyes.
