I don’t understand why the judges always want to hear the contestants YELL & BELT, sometimes amazing singers just have a beautiful tone on its own without needing to yell every song.

Can definitely tell she hasn't performed much. There was a few ify notes maybe cuz she was a lil nervous. I don't feel like she was connecting with the song but again maybe cuz of previously mentioned stuff. I think the coach she chooses will help her a lot & she could do well on show.
it's a shame she picked Blake. He's going to make her stick to country, maybe a bit of rock, even though she's obviously interested in more things. I think young singers like this who are new to preforming live and have a lesser chance of winning the voice, should be here for the experience, getting some crazy performances that go viral and going home with more creative ideas and skills to do what they do. I love Blake, but I feel his strategy is a bit more like being safe and trying to make it as far as possible... ;) All my own opinions of course and Blake is great at what he does. I felt like she would've maybe come to her right more with Camila or even Gwen.
