This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

It can be so helpful when people just even become aware of how temporary the happiness we experience from goal attainment is (hedonic adaptation). Definitely worthwhile to achieve the meaningful goal(s), but it can be profound when people really understand the happiness we experience in the pursuit of them of them as well, and just how lasting the happiness is when we achieve them.

Happiness is a state you're in. It's a psychological, neurological, and biological state, not an ettchivement or possession or lifestyle or belief, etc.
We all have the ability to be happy naturally without anything other than what we already have, which is our mind and our body. How we use our mind and body is what triggers off or maintains that state.
Happiness should not be an objective: it's a consequence.
