      Even IF cowboy gets cut from the UFC , the man will keep on fighting , its in his genes , either bellator or One fc . Cowboy will keep fighting and I’ll watch him with joy and excitement until he decides to retire .

      Leonardo mun-RA I don’t think it’s a “cut” per say, more like a send off from Dana, just like how Dana cautioned Chuck to retire. That is, unless there is some beef between Dana and Cerrone that I am unaware of.

      I guess bcuz it's very apparent given we know that Niko isn't that technically sound, more of a scrapper, which Donald does very well against but was being beat early till he woke up and made the adjustments, it wouldn't b like a seasoned striking ace tuning him up, Niko just isn't that good

      Yeah I agree..fun fact every single strike landed from cowboy was a significant strike. Idk if it's still like that on the official numbers, but during the fight it said 113 strikes landed 113 significant strikes. I think cowboy should take a break for awhile and come back next year.

    I thought it was a draw because of the point that Price lost, not because two judges couldn't call it. They called it for price who I had winning the first 2 rds, they just had to remove a point making it even at a rd a piece

    The original scores were 2 judges for price and 1 tied but Niko got a point deducted for the 2 eye pokes. Price won the fight but cb has alot of heart

      Trey Love his fight vs pettis was very close and I’m my opinion he got robbed, but at the end of the day the fight was too close, I kind of agree that cerrone didn’t win against price , if he came out in the 1st like he came out in the second or third he might’ve got the judges nod but the eyes poke do play a big part

    There's no way on earth Cowboy took this win. It was a landslide by Niko, he was pointed though for the eye poke. I vividly remember Niko beating the shit out of him, and Donald doing hardly anything about it for the most part.

      Really doesn't. If Niko had the power and technique Conor does he would've beaten him in the first minute of the fight. Cowboy has always been a slow starter, it doesn't take a genius to see that a guy who ko'd Aldo in the first 20 seconds is a bad matchup for him.

    I thought Donald was done before he fought Pettis but then he came in and won that fight in my eyes. Outside of the first rd in this fight I thought he still looked pretty good. There are definitely some other people they could match him up against still.

    Both good fighters and a lot of action. After the first eye poke I was watching Nico's hands a lot, and his fingers were fingers were extended almost all the way out.
    But I don't think that the eye pokes were intentional at all.

    I’ve commented it a ton of times, but I think Woodley and Cowboy could be a really fun fight. They both seem tailor made for each other. Woodley might not be as gun shy against a smaller guy who’s most likely not gonna try and wrestle him, but if Woodley sits back and waits like he did in previous fights it would allow Cowboy to settle in to his groove. Also make it a 3 rounder, Tyron deserves a shorter fight since he hasn’t had one since 2015.

    Thought he beat both Pettis and Niko. Also, was at the Ferguson fight and that was a competitive fight that he got a bit screwed in (late hit way after the bell that ended up making it so the 3rd didn't happen).

    When a fight is as close as this was I can agree to a do over.
    Jones vs Reyes is worthy of a do over.
    However there are do overs I would not want to see.
    Conner vs Khabib for instance, or Justin vs Tony. For sure not another Conner vs Mayweather.
    When one fighter clearly out fights/scores the other should be a one and done ending.
    Anything else is just hype and speculations.

    I'm with Cerrone on this one because I too believe he lost this fight and the only reason it was a draw it's so Cerrone wouldn't have six losses on his record in a row! I am glad that they did because I am a Cerrone fan and I couldn't imagine watching the UFC without Cowboy 🤠 fighting in it..

    Chael it’s because in Donald’s prime he smokes Price in the first round lays him flat with a head kick and now he hit him flush with 4 or 5 head licks that didn’t even stun Price and eeked out a draw after his opponent was deducted a point.

    Niko hits harder then anyone who knocked Cowboy out before. Cowboys the first person in the UFC to take him to the scoreboards. Niko is an absolute SAVAGE unless you've seen him fight before you can't understand that. Cowboy going to a draw with him is more impressive then people realize.

    I’m kind of upset that “majority draw” is a thing. Two draws and a nod for cowboy should mean cowboy wins. One both ways and a draw, or all three draws should be a draw, but not two draws and a nod.

    Cowboy absolutely won the Pettis fight, practically won this one. And has put on good fights. While Tyrone Woodley has laid down and done nothing his last 3 fights. That’s who should retire. But Cowboy being a professional has got to figure out how to start faster. That puts him in a hole every fight. He’s fighting from behind
