Intro music was crystal clear and chill.
i need to see the FPS in boston itself by the library or near the combat zone as the FPS in those regions on a 13900k and 4090 would dip to 5 at 1440p
If that's the case, it's a sign of bad optimization and doesn't really help with better hardware
@@AgentSmith911 yea that was already determined a while ago, you could have mods to have some minor improvement but without mods its just terrible. In the video he showed they didnt fix the FPS attached movement as he couldnt jump. If they really did do a "next gen update" they wouldve atleast decoupled the damn FPS from affecting the game. They already couldve implimented the mod that does this but somehow got lazy it seems.
Definitely would love a follow up vid of the FPS loss zones that are already known to everyone, with and without mods.

best cpu for fallout 4 is the 7800X3D (mooders made a list) even then it still sucks in boston with mods lol
@@betonman9 So did you install the boston FPS mod or another mod that tries to fix the FPS related to these zones?
or are you doing this stock no mods?
Also curious what you mean by ultra smooth. This could be at 1080 60 by ultra smooth itd be at either 120-240 fps and 1440-2560 or 2k-4k. If you are doing those what settings are you using as if its maxed id be shocked.
Hello! You could try this mod -- High FPS Physics Fix --. This mod allows you to unlock the FPS up to 144 or more without breaking the game physics.
For me this mod is not working anymore with the new update, not for you ?

Unfortunately, Bethesda released a new patch yesterday (13-05-2024) that broke everything again. To make the mod work, you have to use the version compatible with F4SE and the game version. For example:
Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE): 1.10.984
High FPS Physics Fix: WIP
Fallout 4: 1.10.984
This is the current version of High FPS Physics Fix 1.10.980.0 (Next Gen update). When version 1.10.984 is released, everything should work again. Possibly, between today and tomorrow, the new version of High FPS Physics Fix will be released to be compatible with Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE): 1.10.984.
Another alternative is to block or revert yesterday's update, only return to the Next Gen update, and use:
Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE): 1.10.980.0
High FPS Physics Fix: 1.10.980.0
Fallout 4: 1.10.980.0
At least for now, I'm using 1.10.980.0 until all the new versions for 1.10.984 are updated.
Corvega fps and Boston fps with a maxed out shadows? Do they fixed that trashy fps drops in this areas?

do you not have an issue with fallout playing at an increased speed the higher your fps are and if so is it good at 120 i locked it a 60fps but if i could put it up to 120 id do it my specs are 4090 13900k and 64gb of 6000 ram
There will be issues above 60 fps which is lame unless the new patch fixed it
@@viking9442 theres a mod that already decouples the engine and fps so you can run past 60 but not an official patch based off the vid

I cant notice a graphical difference.
It would be interesting to see a benchmark with some mods considered essential by the modding community for improving performance and playing at over 60 fps with no bugs such as High FPS Physics Fix, Buffout 4, Previsibines Repair Pack and the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. Anyone on PC who wants a good experience should use these as a bare minimum. Also, ultra godrays are sort of broken performance-wise and often only make the game look washed out and if you use high godrays instead, it just ends up looking pixelated... You can probably get like 30-50% more frames just by turning godrays off.
Fps and fov locked to 60 for me. On top of that, the game crashes for me because it can't handle rtx 4090, I guess. This "update" was merely an introduction of the cash shop. To hell with them.

@@user-xx3pu6fk4n yes i thought did ,but i needed to turn it of in the Fallout4Prefs.ini completly (4 Files).
@@derLuca454 you need to download the weapon debris fix mod if you want to have a decent time and other optimization mods
