A little tip so that you don’t need a reference for the dots on a die. The opposite sides all add up to seven. 1 is opposite 6. 2 is opposite 5, and 3 is opposite 4.
@@Dirk_Berserk Well underneath 1 is 6. The other four sides are 3&4, 2&5. It doesn’t really matter which sides you put them on because the die’s weight will be balanced, and it can face any direction. So if you turn it 90 degrees a different face will be on the left.
Beautiful piece of work and craftmanship. At last someone who knows how analog machining works. No DRO or other digital gimmicks, just experience and craftmanship. Great Job.
As a superrealist oil painter, I really do appreciate perfection and attention to the tiniest detail. Your work is exquisite bro. You got quite a pair of hands on you sir. Well, well done... And please keep em comin! ❤💪❤
The hole for 1 should have been bigger than all the others, the holes for 6 the smallest. To have a near perfect dice you want to remove the same volume = mass from every side. This dice will fall on the 6 more often, because the side with the 1 is heavier than every other side. Don't get me wrong, I love to watch your work, I really enjoy it. Keep going!
Another suggestion would be to pre-drill 4mm thick brass disk blanks with your hole patterns for 1-6. The pre-drilled side of these disks will then be the side that gets pressed into the steel block so the dimples are hidden (it will be an idea to mark them on the blank side so you know which is which). Once you have them all pressed into place drill the 6 side with 1 dimple, the 5 side with 2 dimples, 4 side with 3 dimples and so on. That way each brass disk will have the same 7 dimple's worth of mass removed. A 3mm drill, sharpened at 118° has a tip depth of around 0.9mm, if the dimples are drilled to 1mm that gives 0.1mm for polishing the sides to a high sheen without leaving a step. Hope that makes as much sense to everyone as it does in my head 😂
Wunderbar precise carftmanship`s work.
It weighs 114gr. (4 ounces; 0,25 pound) 🙂✌️

ok, but what is to the left of 1. or right. underneath.
قمة الدقة و الإتقان ، تحية كبيرة لك من المملكة المغربية.

Надеюсь сталь нержавеющая. I hope the steel is stainless.
4 more of those would make the loudest game of Yahtzee ever.
Haha, they’d throw sparks while playing 😅

Спасибо за работу, отличная игральная кость вышла! 😊
Spasibo!
I love these little items made from steel like the eightball I saw on another channel. They come out looking great.
Nice! Looking forward to all the other die types
That's definitely a one-of design and build. It's gorgeous. However to play Monopoly you need two. LOL. 👍👍👍
Haha! Thanks! 🙂
Nice and shiny. I really like brass, looks so good when buffed
Oh man! That dice is beautiful! Much better than any bought in the store. Very well done!
Hey Jerry, thank you so much!

You're so welcome
Simply amazing, you must have the patience of a saint making things like this.
That's a piece of art! Well done
Thank you so much!
Great job 👍
Thanks!
I love your work!!!
Thanks! 🙂
A suggestion: Fill the dots with something transparent that have the roughly same weight as brass, so the dice become ultra-fair.
Ultra-fair would be a good idea. But it doesn't HAVE to be transparent. Black or red would look good, too!
I will, when I make the d20 dice 😅
Another suggestion would be to pre-drill 4mm thick brass disk blanks with your hole patterns for 1-6. @@Galerak1 Thats a great idea, even better than filling the dimples with brass-weighting transparent material.
Or not transparent... Filling them with solder would make them silver...?
Sehr sehr schön
Danke!
That's so cool! Amazing.
Thanks!
Endlich hast mal ein gutes Video gemacht mit wenig Show. Habe alle deine Videos angeschaut. My mechanics ist mein Lieblingskanal. Viel Erfolg 👍🏼
