Main character (whose name I have forgotten because it's only mentioned like once or twice) could stand to be nicer to Sheryl and Chip, considering she let them all stay in her home rent free while the store was being renovated. You don't have to like everyone you work with, but Sheryl has clearly shown kindness towards him that *he honestly kind of doesn't deserve*
My local corner shop has strange days now and then think I'll start calling it Charlie's just realised it only has strange days when I'm shopping there 🙄
