The cheese tart I made turned out very tasty. I only had difficulty whipping up the cheese and butter because the Philadelphia cheese was very dry. The cheese filling did not smoothen out after baking. It still retained the icing nozzle shape. I used the round tip like yours to fill up the shells. Therefore the tarts did not look as beautiful as yours.

Can we skip heavy whipping cream in the cream cheese filling? Also the cream cheese filling which is prepared with sugar, egg & whipping cream,, can we store in fridge if we have extra and use for next day?
Once u already fill the tarts with cheese filling this tends to happen sis because d cheese is wet. It u store the tarts without d filling mayb can quick bake in air fryer again for 2 or 3 mins before filling up. Once with cheese its better to do small amount and finish it

Usually after whipping the cheese will be smooth. Not sure what happen to yours sis? Did u sieve the icing sugar? Is it the lumps?

Cheese tarts we should always chill in fridge. Keep nicely in tupperware covered. Can last for a week also. 👌

Wont be that bad. Thats why use air tight containers.
Cant keep outside the cheese will get spoiled. Must be in the fridge. If outside maybe one or 2 days
