Just Bought a 325ci. It's having ews inmboilzer issues. Got the ews module ecu and key sent off. Hope it works once I get it back. Would love to know how much it ran you to turbo ur car!!

Velxy Modz ARP head studs, MLS head gasket, 15 PSI or lower, adequate fueling and proper oil fittings for the turbo, the drain and feed and stuff. Do oil changes often, and as long as you have the ELECTRIC radiator fan and NOT the clutch fan, youll be fine
Hello guys, I have a wotbox and when I set the ignition cut limiter at 6500 my car goes in somewhat of a limpmode so no power and everything. The weird thing is it doesn't throw up a light or anything and fixes itself when I restart the car. Any idea what that could be? BTW my car doesn't detect misfire after 2500rpm coded it out.
I don't understand. You tap off some inputs (crank sensor, speed signal and Handbrake), and you get ignition cuts and big backfires ? I tought that it interrupted the ignition itself.
how did you route your cables into the engine bay? i have a US model so its lhd but im sure there have to be openings behind the glovebox or driver's side behind the dash.
@@CodyAplin thanks for the response! I pulled a cover near the pedal box that had two screws, leads perfectly up to the DME, i however can't identify pin 8 on the 52 pin connector (CPS wire) what color is it? Bentley manual only specifies pin 8.

Bro I’m trying to get a 330ci but all I see is a bunch of them with more than 150000 miles. Do you think it’s worth buying it. I don’t want to waste a lot in basically fixing the car the whole time. Also I would like to upgrade it as well like urs. Thanks

Andy for experience I bought a 330ci for 1000 130k miles drove it like 2 times then slapped turbo on it done by professionals”” tuned it with a basic tune 3 or 4 month boon piston rings gone oh I was running 8 psi , I haven’t give up yet I just bought a new engine 80k miles and new transmission when we put it back need a whole clutch kit lol plus all front bushings almost forgot all the oem parts of the part brakes but the eBay one that I get are still standing and this project has been going for like 3 years lol I’ve spent so far like 5000 in everything I’m not a mechanic so I have to pay for labor which is more expensive than the actual parts so there’s that
Cody Aplin same. Do you have the wiring diagrams for the DME and FIC 6? I have a 2000 323Ci 5 speed (USDM) and have turbo parts on order so im gonna need that diagram. Any way you could share?

Does your turbo spin at idle I just finished my 330i turbo build with the same gt35 and mine doesnt spin at idle but spins fine by hand.

i turbo'd mine at 180k's. its up to you. if you do it right you wont blow it up

it grounds out the crank sensor wire which turns the car off and on really quick

my map wouldn't be optimal for your car as every setup is different. right click on the fuel table and select create base fuel map its pretty easy
