About the "it's not worth it" comment, People always throw their 2 cents in. I know I've heard it too. If I'd listened to them I would've gotten rod of my car long ago. It's not all about a financial investment with these cars. If to someone out there it is, then they have missed the point of the hobby. You're metal work is very gutsy, and I say that as a compliment. I'm looking at some metal work that I need for my chevelle, ill tackle it in the same manner you have, no fear. You wonder how much it would cost to have someone else do the work, 😂, I came across a video, a guy with a 71 chevelle , griping how expensive it is if you want an old car. He paid $4k to get floor pans put in. This hobby is many times more expensive if you don't know how, and are unwilling to try to do the work yourself. New floor pans are what...$600, average. I know you still need a welder, tools, air compressor, but wow, $4k, just for the floor! You do a great job on here! Keep it up

It's only metal and like my father says I might own the car but your only renting the time with it. Might as well fix and drive it until it needs more (rent)
