I love the mushroom villages, it adds a lot of life to the giant mushrooms, and I think it would be really cool to come across one while exploring a dark oak forest or a mushroom island. The sporents seems like an interesting idea as well. Getting effects while near them is an interesting mechanic, which could be used as both traps for other players, or to enhance your base. Because of their short range to spread the effects, they're not really overpowered, and to keep effects all over your base you would need loads of them. I think that if you attack them, then the ones with positive effects will stop emitting them for a little while, but the ones with negative effects would chase you around. I don't really feel like the mushroom planks would ever make it into the game, because mushrooms are really soft, however I would like to see some variation of them that's just more logical. We do already have eight plank types, not sure if we need more. (Perhaps the mushroom could be sort of it's own thing, with it's own textures) I love the idea of shelf mushrooms, but maybe instead of them just being their own block, you can place brown mushroom on walls.
I'd have the Sporents not be a "villager" type mob, but would have them be part of the Giant Mushroom life cycle. Stage 1: A Baby Sporent spawns under a Giant Mushroom Stage 2: Baby Sporent grows up and randomly turns into a different colored Sporent. Stage 3: Adult Sporent becomes Elder Sporent Stage 4: Elder Sporent turns into a Giant Mushroom
I have an idea: 1.Beneath the sporent villages there's a slight chance of spawning a new type of vegetation block - Glowcelium 2.This block will come in two colors - red and blue. The red glowcelium is bit easier to find and will spawn in cave systems of mooshroom islands and will emit a light level of 4,it can be increased by planting a red mushroom and when the mushroom fully grows it's mushroom blocks will grow in night similar will happen with blue glowcelium and can spawn with it's own unique mushroom - the blue mushroom. 3. These Glowcelium blocks can eat away normal mycelium and will convert in into glowcelium. 4. The mushroom harvested from these glowcelium blocks can used to craft two strews - red glowshroom strew (will give night vision and strength) and blue glowshroom strew (will give haste)
Green variant us awesome! Definitely needed. There should be a gold mushroom villager that you can get honey, gold, golden apples from. It also trades potatoes, strangely enough. If they don't mine then you can just have this gold mushroom villager trade for golden carrots, honey, golden apples, and potatoes. The golden carrot is the most expensive to buy unless they also sell an enchanted golden apple. Speaking of gold, they could also trade for wheat. You give them some bone meal and you get a set amount of wheat. This is one of my favorite short videos that you have uploaded. Mushroom villagers and mushroom villages are a needed minecraft update.
Would love to see this concept revisited with the new mushrooms from the nether in mind. Your ideas are so good it makes me want to play again, been over a year and you're giving me the itch.
When watching this video I got idea for mushroom type. This mushroom type would be hostile. It would spawn at night in areas with giant mushrooms. The effect it gives you would be either blindness or wither. It would be fast and deal a fare amount of damage. I like your videos and hope you make more.
My idea for a mushroom mod: With keeping what Zee has, there would be sporups, or baby mushrooms that would happen when a sporent dies, dropping 1- 5 spores that would grow like eggs, but become baby's that would soon grow up to its adult form. There should also be an underground mushroom biome with glowing mushrooms. This biome would have many blocks, and would allow spores to be harvested from mobs, turning into blocks, weapons, armor, and even food. The mobs would be rogue mushrooms, Sproutniks, and a spore-shroom. Rogue Mushrooms: These would be undead or alive sporups or sports that will give ALL negative effects with various types. Sproutniks: These would be eyeless mushrooms that would have multiple legs and no arms. Acting similar to pigmen, anywhere in a 80x80 area when one is hit. They do 1/2 a heart if they're yellow, 2 hearts if red, and 4 if its blue. Yellow would affect deadly poison, red gives weakness and slowness, and blue gives wither and nausea. These can be tamed, however. They need mushrooms of any color, including glowing mushrooms from the caves, or yellow, green, red, brown, blue, and orange mushrooms from above. They need 5-45 to be tamed. They all have 12 hearts, even though they're small. Spore-Shroom- These would be bulbs that launch out particles that give various potion effects. Some are good, others are bad. Red gives good buffs, green and black give bad effects. They can also spit out sprouts, or small mushrooms that do 1/2 a heart and have 2 hearts. Queen Hive: This would be a boss. It's a giant bulb that spits out spikes that do 2 hearts and spit out potion effects that are bad. They also spit out all mobs. Sporesheooms, sproutniks, and undead rogue mushrooms. It would drop a mushroom that that would make you have strength, night vision, and an effect called spores. The spore would allow poison for ALL mobs for 6 seconds when you hit them. The queen hive might also drop a sword called the natures fury, dealing 15 damage and can be enchanted. The natures fury would inflict poison and deadly poison on mobs. That's really it for now. I have more, but my hands are getting tired and my phones dying, btw good videos thank you for inspiring me in minecraft Zee. If you want more of ANYTHING for mobs, get a hold of me by messaging me at cocoaustin2008@gmail.com if u want more. I would love to make ideas for u, it would make my dream! Thank you for reading this long text!
Here's an idea for the Brown Sporent. What if they were able to get hit by a spewsher (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and became a different Sporent?
If you hit the Dryad Sporent, instead of growing your crops, it actually stops them from growing and makes them shrink back to just a seed or even out of existence.
There should be a new breeding mechanic. U would feed them seeds, or water or something like that, and in return they would drop a spore on the ground that can be picked up and brought back to ur base wait 20 mins game time and the spore will become a Random Sporent
There could be a “Vibrant Sporent” Basically it’s just a glowshroom and it glows in the caves of the village, or maybe it’s just the villages main light source.
This would be so cool to find!! Stinks if it would be as rare as a mooshroom island like you said but we'd have to see what Mojang thought. All the mobs, features and blocks that you mentioned in this video would be so cool!!
All jokes aside, I like the ideas with the mushroom stem, since in the new nether snapshots you can make wood and all the wood variants out of the stems of the giant mushrooms in the nether. Those giant mushrooms are basically equivalent to the ones in the over world, so I don't see why we couldn't have the ability to make wood and wood variants out of normal mushroom stems.
I have an idea..... It's not related to the mushroom people, but listen up. Lemme introduce to you....... Nether boats. A nether boat can be a dungeon loot maybe that can be used on lava. Then we could have nether islands and lava lagoons for that loot item.
There could be a small sporent that is so cute and tiny and u could tame it with red or brown mushrooms 🍄 There could also be nether sporents that are just crimson and warped variations of the normal sporent and maybe they’re could have an effect to
Here's another idea. Have like glowing mushrooms for light instead of torches, and lanterns. Have heatshrooms to replace campfires. And Green and blue huts. Blue for the Fisher and Green for Farmer, and white for the merchant so you can tell there is a merchant
Ideas for this video: .1' So the mushroom are basically villagers, so why don't we get a Golem for the mushrooms. The golem could be called mushy golem or Mushroom golem or Sporent Golem and would do the exact same things as a regular Iron Golem, but the one thing that makes it different is because the mushroom golem would, when they walk, it would leave mushrooms behind kind like footprints. .2' Alright, now that you said it you have to put it in, a fishing and farming sporent. A fishing sporent would live in the house that you made and just stand on the dock and fish. The good thing about it is that they will trade anything that they might of find, but the fishing sporent has a boost of getting good stuff while fishing, so you would see mor enchanted books than fish. The farming sporent would wear some leather clothes on his brown mushroom skin and would live somewhere far away from the village but not too far. The farming sporent would provide you with food and would have some nice loot for your first day of Minecraft inside his house. The house would be like this, it would have a huge mushroom with many other mushroom around it, and the cilo would be of 2 big mushrooms on top of one another. (You can tweaked the design for any of them)
I have some ideas: Mushroom cats, they would be cute to add in the mushroom village in all the different colors. And mushroom temples/castles that can rarely spawn near the mushroom biome
Types of Sporents i think should exist as well as some inspired in the video. Green sporent: provides an aura that allows crops to grow faster as well as baby livestock and other sporents also provides a large regen effect, this is a sporent that is all about growing and healing. You can see them farming crops and livestock or healing injured sporents (or players they like) during or after dangerous encounters. These sporents are all about growth and healing. Red sporent: These sporents have spikes coming out of their shroom tops which means if you hit them it also damages and poisons you too. Another thing that happens is that they turn their poison aura like the purple shroom in the video except it only poisons the attacker they are mad at meaning attacking them will give you thorns and high poison damage. This sporent is all about defense and attack when provoked and will defend their village if under attack. Their poison aura also doubles as a small regen aura for allied sporents. You can see them patrolling the villages while riding mooshrooms like a mooshroom jockey. (Mooshrooms will also get regen boost) Yellow sporent: This sporent is a happy small yellow sporent that glows in the dark with a yellow hue but emits light all the time. This sporent has a light aura that is so strong that it increases the effect strength by a little bit on other sporents. The light emitted by them is also strong that it sets the same mobs on fire as the sun would during the night time and if they stumble upon a burning mob in the day, the burning damage that they take doubles. It is a useless trait in the mooshroom biomes but a good perk anywhere else. This sporent is all about support. Purple sporent: this sporent is a huge hulking tanky sporent, kind of like an iron golem but with 10 less health points and with giant spikes protruding from its shroom tops which will give the attacker massive thorns and poison damage if the attacker initiates a melee attack. if provoked it will produce a strength and resistance buff to itself and allies around it. The purple sporent will also shoot a volley of missle spores that will follow you like shulker projectiles. Each spore gives a medium poison effect but if multiple hit you then the collective poison strength can do MASSIVE damage. It can also melee you although its melee speed is very slow and does slightly less damage than an iron golem. every time it melees an enemy it poisons them (unless already poisoned then the effect just stacks same applies for all poison attacks until it stacks so high it reaches a cap unless it kills you beforehand. It spends most of it days harvesting giant mushrooms around the village as well as other materials like mycellium and other new blocks they could possibly harvest around the village. With their giant hulking arms they can swipe them and destroy entire giant mushrooms in one hit like its made of scaffolding and collect the materials from it. They replant one tiny mushroom they got from their harvest in the same exact spot. Then they give the harvested materials to merchant who then saves it for later when they want to sell them to another sporent. Occasionally they will plant 2-3 additional tiny mushrooms in new spots outside the village that were originally part of the big mushroom. Sometimes they will carry mooshooms back to the village (one in each arm) so they can be used as possible calvary or transportation for the village civilians. They will also give baby sporents a tiny souvenir mushroom like iron golem with roses. Another behavior this purple sporent has is that they will give baby sporents piggyback rides when they are walking around and destroying mushrooms or carrying back mooshrooms Merchant sporent: This sporent is exactly like the sporent in the video except it looks like the brown sporent that does nothing, and will also trade other things besides bone meal such as mushrooms or other things as well.. A good perk about trading with them is that they produce orbs of XP from their shroom tops when you trade with them and when they level up, they also get better trades and get more experience from the trades as well. The other sporents have special items depending on their specialty that the merchant doesn't have but even they can only trade if another sporent or player comes up to the non merchant sporents and asks for a trade. The merchant will come up to the non merchant trader and will work out the value of the trade before trading. the merchant is charge of all trades. You can find merchants in trade huts where they trade with other sporents and players.
Add a fear effect. The arachnaphobia effect would check for nearest spider within range and give speed when moving away from is and slowness when aproaching. Greed would check for entities or items with gold and increase speed aproaching them.
The mushroom island needs a update. It's just filled with mushrooms and mooshrooms and that's really it. We need like idk new mobs, new items, new blocks etc. Its so underrated and it needs to be updated
Some thoughts/ideas I had: if the sporents are like villagers, can we breed them? If so, how? I think it would be cute to have tiny ones. And also, what happens if we kill them? I think it would be cool if killing them gave us temporary use of their powers. As for the stem blocks, if it's essentially like wood, can it be used to make stuff like chests and ladders and such? That kinda reminds me of the nether mushrooms that turn into trees when they get big. As for more sporent ideas, I think it would be super awesome to have some that are based off of the other types of mushrooms in Minecraft. Like the nether mushrooms, and the glowshrooms (I think it would be awesome if those sporents glow in the dark and have a certain radius of light they emmit and they could fight other mobs like skeletons and zombies.) and the orange ones and all the other ones you can find in modded Minecraft.
I have an idea: when you give two sporemts of the same type food (or maybe bonemeal or something) they plant one of the spewrooms and after awhile, it becomes a baby sporent. It could be like an egg but with defense
Maybe there could be a new type of bone meal that would be a “super fertilizer”, where you could use it multiple times on crops, and a higher currency with the Merchant Sporent. I mainly bring this up, since the idea I mainly have, is how to get baby Sporent. Maybe using this new bone meal a bunch of times on a spewshroom could turn it into a Sporent Sprout or something, the equivalent of a baby villager. Just an idea.
I have an idea for one of the sporents : the Lurker sporent! It’s the color orange and it increases the chances of spawning diamonds under the Lurker sporent’s house! The lurker sporent’s would have dark teel eyes kinda like the teel-ish color in copper and they would hold a gold pickaxe Every Lurker sporent would have an item frame above their door showcasing a stone pickaxe, that’s how you recognize a Lurker sporent’s house. The Lurker sporent also has a tiny strip mine underneath their house which I think is a super cute idea for them! If you’re super lucky you might even run into a Lurker sporent mining in their tiny strip mine!
Please add 4 new things for the sand biome. 1: A mini boss called slath.2:A new block called sand pieces.3:A new mob called fake cacti or fake sand where if you hit it or step on it it will try to kill you “ this mob will come in packs”.4:mangos that will give you health and give you back hearts that you lost.5:thirst will be good for the sandy biome and I hope you put this in “your ideas in Minecraft #9” and make “player dried out”.6:Dail “ A new effect by a mob called thrast that will drain your thirst.
What if Mycelium Biomes weren't as rare and offered Mushroom forests as well as glowing cavern villages under them? I love the idea of expanding on mushrooms!
I would love to see a build hacks video, but only if you’ll release this as a data pack. Also I think it should spawn on a mushroom island or rarely in roofed forest. I love this idea!
black "sporret" give you the wither affect and maybe nausea but also gives the effect strength and resistance so like the wither and or nausea balances it out basically
I would love if sporrants popped up out of the ground that would be so cute 😭 like maybe at night they burrow into the ground and are a little harder to find. - Also I’ve been dying for AGES to see an expansion on mushroom!mobs, like maybe mushroom zombies, skeletons, sheep, chicken, pigs, dogs? Etc - Also also, think the smaller mushrooms should be bouncy when you jump on them - like slime!
At about the 11:10 mark you said something about dead coral being used for shelf mushrooms. That gave me a pretty decent idea. And underwater variant of these guys that live in structures resembling the ocean ruins. Idk I thought it was cool.
My ideas End Sporent: can teloport, fights with blue sporent Whither sporent: when near by gives you whither effects Blue sporent: if player hits it the blue sporent will shoot water at them
Sporant Golem ignite a dryad sporan with a flint and steel until it dies get "Burned spores" plant them to grow a "Sporant Hat" put that on three stems and there it is a Sporant Golem basically - a Snow Golem with more health - that deals Poison damage
Hey i know someone already said this but, Sporents should be a part of a cycle: mushroom>mushroom parts>baby sporent>adult sporents>elder sporents(like ents but mushrooms)(lol shroomers)>mushroom Edit: i just realized houses will be made out of old corpses

1.Beneath the sporent villages there's a slight chance of spawning a new type of vegetation block - Glowcelium 2.This block will come in two colors - red and blue.
Zee: we don't have anything to speed up the crops
Bonemeal: am I a joke to you?
My idea for a mushroom mod:
With keeping what Zee has, there would be sporups, or baby mushrooms that would happen when a sporent dies, dropping 1- 5 spores that would grow like eggs, but become baby's that would soon grow up to its adult form.
Thanks
Nice ideas
I try to make good ideas
I AM OBSESSED WITH MUSHROOMS AND IF THIS WERE A THING I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HAVE IT-
Here's an idea for the Brown Sporent.
What if they were able to get hit by a spewsher (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and became a different Sporent?
Ah I can see it now
Shrooms and booms
An update of mushroom villages and new explosives
Ryan Haupt 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hey they might add shrooms to Minecraft
@not homeless jakey they might because they are adding new shrooms in the nether wort forest
@@iwistudio7337 awww no way really can't wait
Mine that mushroom?
You should seriously make a mod pack. From the looks of your videos you could construct a really good one that loads of people will download. :)
Daaaang! First wisterents, now sporents. I need both of them together. Way to go, Endergized!
In my opinion, there should be a new type of mushroom called glow-shroom which can be found only in caves and they can be a new light source.
Nethwr
I think holding the new mushroom types would also give you effects :D
If you hit the Dryad Sporent, instead of growing your crops, it actually stops them from growing and makes them shrink back to just a seed or even out of existence.
6:46
System Zee: We don't have anything that speeds up crops growth
Bone meal: Hold my beer
Bees: u sure bout dat
i want this to be a mod :( or an actual update
I love mushrooms🥰 i really hope they add more mushroom stuff, it seems like its such an ignored feature that could use a lot more love
There should be a new breeding mechanic.
U would feed them seeds, or water or something like that, and in return they would drop a spore on the ground that can be picked up and brought back to ur base wait 20 mins game time and the spore will become a Random Sporent
Systemzee you should do a ultimate building guide where you make a couple of videos telling people all you know about building and terraforming
There could be a “Vibrant Sporent”
Basically it’s just a glowshroom and it glows in the caves of the village, or maybe it’s just the villages main light source.
This would be so cool to find!! Stinks if it would be as rare as a mooshroom island like you said but we'd have to see what Mojang thought. All the mobs, features and blocks that you mentioned in this video would be so cool!!
i never thought i'd be this interested in mushrooms
Ad trees and make it a “Enchanted Forest”
There could be a small sporent that is so cute and tiny and u could tame it with red or brown mushrooms 🍄
There could also be nether sporents that are just crimson and warped variations of the normal sporent and maybe they’re could have an effect to
I personally would LOVE to see the feature with all those mushroom people! 😉
This man literally single handedly updates the game in under a month
I'm saving all of his ideas if I ever make a mod
And minecraft takes almost a year everytime for a crappy update
Here's another idea. Have like glowing mushrooms for light instead of torches, and lanterns. Have heatshrooms to replace campfires. And Green and blue huts. Blue for the Fisher and Green for Farmer, and white for the merchant so you can tell there is a merchant
Ideas for this video:
.1' So the mushroom are basically villagers, so why don't we get a Golem for the mushrooms.
Maybe if you fed one of the sporants you found i a forest something it would lead you to a mushroom village?? That would be kinda cool!!
(Mooshrooms will also get regen boost)
Yellow sporent: This sporent is a happy small yellow sporent that glows in the dark with a yellow hue but emits light all the time.
Another behavior this purple sporent has is that they will give baby sporents piggyback rides when they are walking around and destroying mushrooms or carrying back mooshrooms
Merchant sporent: This sporent is exactly like the sporent in the video except it looks like the brown sporent that does nothing, and will also trade other things besides bone meal such as mushrooms or other things as well..
Ayyyy! Zee ‘as uploaded
You should do an axolotl village under the sea!
Those mushroom creatures are so adorable
There's a problem, those guys do not fit through the doors 😅
Then they never sleep...
I have an idea! If you place a pressure plate on a furnace, crafting table or everything like that, it will open the menu of this block!
I have an idea: when you give two sporemts of the same type food (or maybe bonemeal or something) they plant one of the spewrooms and after awhile, it becomes a baby sporent. It could be like an egg but with defense
I would love a night vision sporent that is based off an actual black to navy blue gradient that could only be seen in dark places
nice look
Wow! this was actually a really cool idea, zee! i wish minecraft did something like this for 1.17!
Those mushroom stem blocks look SO good
I have an idea for one of the sporents : the Lurker sporent!
It’s the color orange and it increases the chances of spawning diamonds under the Lurker sporent’s house!
The lurker sporent’s would have dark teel eyes kinda like the teel-ish color in copper and they would hold a gold pickaxe
Every Lurker sporent would have an item frame above their door showcasing a stone pickaxe, that’s how you recognize a Lurker sporent’s house.
The Lurker sporent also has a tiny strip mine underneath their house which I think is a super cute idea for them!
If you’re super lucky you might even run into a Lurker sporent mining in their tiny strip mine!
I like how nobody mentions the fact that he is showing off a “mushroom update” without including the mushroom biome or even mentioning it.
A bioluminescent spore guy who gives you light and his house could be under ground
Imagine mixing the sporants and villagers into a huge mushroom village
Im legitimately obsessed with mushrooms ahhhh🍄🍄
You should definitely work for Minecraft my dude because all of these things you do is absolutely amazing and out of this world!!! 😎🤘
Good mushrooms are getting some love
I would love to see a build hacks video, but only if you’ll release this as a data pack. Also I think it should spawn on a mushroom island or rarely in roofed forest. I love this idea!
black "sporret" give you the wither affect and maybe nausea but also gives the effect strength and resistance so like the wither and or nausea balances it out basically
A blue/black sporent would be cool it would probably be able to use magic
I would love if sporrants popped up out of the ground that would be so cute 😭 like maybe at night they burrow into the ground and are a little harder to find.
- Also I’ve been dying for AGES to see an expansion on mushroom!mobs, like maybe mushroom zombies, skeletons, sheep, chicken, pigs, dogs? Etc
- Also also, think the smaller mushrooms should be bouncy when you jump on them - like slime!
You know, maybe they evolved to look like mushrooms to camouflage because ya know..
*evolution is a thing*
You need a kind of bioluminescent mushroom. A light source that only lights up or glows at night or below a certain light level.
At about the 11:10 mark you said something about dead coral being used for shelf mushrooms. That gave me a pretty decent idea. And underwater variant of these guys that live in structures resembling the ocean ruins. Idk I thought it was cool.
you should revenants, and as a video game Easter egg make them more prone to snowy areas. They may find a nice red scarf or blue jacket
My ideas
End Sporent: can teloport, fights with blue sporent
Whither sporent: when near by gives you whither effects
Blue sporent: if player hits it the blue sporent will shoot water at them
I like how he mentions a fire effect mushroom person and it would be cool if it spawns in the nether like a crimson bione
Sporents are the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in Minecraft
i love this so much i really wish mojang would do this stuff
Mushrooms are already my favorite plant and i would really like this in minecraft
Wow.. I wish these mushrooms would eat mushroom stew
c a n n i b a l i s m
Awesome ideas and blocks! 👍
I LOVE ITTT!!!💜💜🍄🍄
Someone needs to make this a mood
Kinoko Kingdom update hits hard!
Sporant Golem
ignite a dryad sporan with a flint and steel until it dies
get "Burned spores"
plant them to grow a "Sporant Hat"
put that on three stems
and there it is a Sporant Golem
basically - a Snow Golem with more health - that deals Poison damage
Just got the noti
Yess systemzee
YES THIS MUST BE AN UPDATE
We do need mushroom island update it has been ignored by mojang for years
I am literally crazy about everything mushroom!
love the creativity of your work
The stripped mushroom stem looks like what the stripped oak log SHOULD look like
It will be so cool if that type of a village can spawn on top of of mycelium biome
A mushroom Golem would be cool. It would protect the village.
Hey i know someone already said this but, Sporents should be a part of a cycle: mushroom>mushroom parts>baby sporent>adult sporents>elder sporents(like ents but mushrooms)(lol shroomers)>mushroom
Edit: i just realized houses will be made out of old corpses
