As a former Marine Engineer, starting a tour in the engine room is always a plus for me 😂
I’m not an engineer but was intrigued by that segue too. Personally, I gravitate to the crew quarters; feel how those areas are designed reflect the owners/builders opinion of their captain/staff.
I find these yacht videos very relaxing.

You dont need a yacht this size to have a affordable yacht experience! 80k a year maintaining is not unreachable! You have to be in it to win it!! 20 mill will do it! Im on disability pension 400dollars a week! Im very lucky to have support from the government ! I have 2 sons as well but single i see them once a week!! I was doing videos but my health was not the best so have not done any vids for about 3 months i hope to get back making them it was a plan to make money for yacht but was not growing fast enough!!) Good video that moved along at a Brisk pace. I'm glad there is narration instead of some awful soundtrack. I was disappointed however that we didn't get to see any of the crew quarters or where the crew stays. Lots of yacht companies have videos that never show the crew quarters, it really is a shame when I believe most people do want to see them.
The yacht design and the craftsmanship that is put into this vessel is the idea of luxury. It is so beautiful.

This style of interior is very far from my taste. But saying that, the style has been so impeccably done I actually like it. It has a grandeur and a hugely solid sense of quality and substance. Mind games indeed!

I've tried to like it but, while I recognise the workmanship, it is just too blingy. It doesn't look comfortable. Not that I'm ever likely to recline on a yacht, inside or out.
The decor is beautiful but yes it is a little over the top. Plus imagine to keep the boat looking pristine half the crew must be cleaners

This is the most beautiful interior I've ever seen
I love that skylight right over the bed in the master suite! (not to mention pretty much everything else in this amazing motor yacht!) Such opulence and design details - a feast for the eyes! Great to hear that a boat this luxurious can make 8,000nm - most superyachts would struggle to cross the Mediterranean in one go, so that range alone makes this a proper boat in my view.

Manufactures and Brokers seem to forget that many Seniors would love to retire and live on a yacht and in luxurary to live out their lives. Mine Games would be a home that would be highly desired.

Well if they haven't bought one by retirement, that should tell you something. But if you do a search of retirees living on cruise ships, you'll find at least one person or couple.
The operating costs would be astronomical. But for the kind of people who can afford one of these, such expenses are mere details.

A wonderfull video of a gorgeous Benetti yacht. Kudos. Being handicapped 86.year old youth, an elevator is a must and passages wide enough for 4 wheel walker or a mobility scooter. Hopefully, there is enough for a 9 foot Steinway player piano

I would prefer a walkthrough-style tour next time over a cinematic tour. This way it really feels like you are walking through the entire boat and aren’t missing anything
That stateroom suite is crazy.
Awesome tour for this beautiful yacht. Only thing I'm pretty surprised about is the lack of a decent sized tender. A Williams jet tender hardly seems suitable for a 200+ yacht.

Several questions, first why the disclaimer "Not for sale or charter to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters". Second question is why is a 62m yacht for sale for only 30 million? Do the engines need overhauling and when is the next major out of water service due? If this yacht is still available, do you have "still images" and detailed floor plans available via email?
Those double doors behind the gym equipment in the open-air gymnasium appear to be the elevator.. if so it seems a little cramped up there on the upper deck.
I missed what year this yacht was built.
I really like this yacht and I really love the formal look of the interior although it looks a little dated in places and the TVs look a little shaky when going up and down @3:58
The helicopter pad looks too small to accommodate and actual helicopter due to the blade span... what are the size restrictions on Helicopters.. meaning is the only helicopter that can fit a small Robinson?
I agree with others in wanting to see the crew quarters and crew set up including the captains quarters.
I love the sky lounge with the piano, which is the major selling point IMHO. The kitchen / galley is incredibly simple and beautiful and I love the large windows by the sink. The main salon is "over the top" with refined beauty... almost too nice for a water craft but incredibly beautiful nonetheless.
Negatives... a lot of mirrors and glass to keep clean in this one, your Windex bill might be larger than your fuel bill. Not too fond of the master entry being a sofa and a bank of mirrors but hey its still really nice, Id have just done it a little differently but something tells me the original owner had a wife who needed such a large mirrored dressing area. (Happy wife, happy life)
The hallways around the elevator @7:10 looks a little narrow especially for a big guy like myself, I hope its just the way it looks in video and not real life.
Overall a VERY nice yacht for the price (depending on additional information or disclaimers) and I am surprised she hasn't sold yet.
1) “Not For Sale In US Waters To A US Resident” must be added to listings for non-U.S. Registered boats that are in U.S. waters under a cruising permit. As the current owner of this boat has not paid the U.S. import duty on the boat, a sale can't legally happen while she is in U.S. Waters, and we, as the broker, can't advertise her without making it obvious that the boat is “Not For Sale In U.S. Waters To A U.S. Resident”.
2) Engines don't need overhauling. 10-year survey isn't coming up for a while, which would be her next major yard period.

4) Gym/Elevator: Actually a lot more room than you'd think.
5) Crew Quarters: Really wish we included that in this video. We had a time constraint.
6) Hallways are a little bit narrower than some of the yachts you'd find built in Holland/Germany, but are actually pretty decent. I'm 6'4" 215lbs and don't feel constrained at all when walking through.

Yachts depreciate in value quickly - and this boat is almost 9 years old, which means that it will soon need its required 10-year survey. 10-year surveys are dreaded by yacht owners as they normally cost a fortune to get the mechanicals up to spec for insurance purposes. $29M seems about right for this aging, but a beautiful yacht.
