  • I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend! I seriously cannot believe it’s almost December, like where did the year go?! This week I am focusing on hitting my protein goal, getting a full 8-9 hours of sleep and drinking plenty of water. All 3 recipes I share in today’s video were absolute winners to me! I cannot recommend them enough!

    Protein Lava Cake:
    32G Chocolate Protein Powder
    10G Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    30G Egg Whites
    Dash of Baking Powder
    Dash of Splenda
    Water (Enough to get a batter consistency)
    Microwave for a minute, going at 20 second intervals to ensure the cake doesn’t spill over.
    Top with you desired toppings and enjoy!!
