    I will write down the clients name, pets name and issue so staff and doctor can be informed and put the note in their hard file and/or notes in the computer. I try to treat the client as I would like to be treated. 😊

    Once veterinarian staff quit being dismissive and invalidating of client complaints everyone in the industry will be much happier!!!
