Its getting better, I'm no animator but I think the thing you need is more key frames? Idk it looks great to me but was it just me or were none of their mouths moving?
I'm an idiot...its a fan animation I totally missed that
DJ Prime thank you very much for your praise and yes we are still working on the frame rates this is the new animation Style so we are still working The Kinks out of it. To answer your question about the mouth movement there is in effect in there that supposed to represent them talking to themselves in their heads however it appears that with all the commotion of the crowd cheering and sound effects that we put in drowns out the echo effect we put on the voices.

Before anyone nerd rages, this is DB Multiverse Broly, not official films Broly. We all know that films Broly couldn't compete with SSJ2 Vegetto.
The galaxy and asteroid at the begining are really ugly, and unfortunataly the newest animation too, I prefer the old one. The one in opening and ending
