This was just delightful! When I saw the toilet paper, I started to laugh and I had to go get my parents' wedding photo album. The last photo is of the rear of their car as they were ready to drive away for their honeymoon. The rear bumper was festooned with toilet paper and tin cans tied with string, all dragging behind and, from what my parents told me, it made quite the racket as they drove away LOL

I'm not aware of any specific wedding traditions involving toilet tissue. However, hanging cans of all types with string and attached to the bumper of the "get-a-way" car along with streamers or toilet paper. LOL 😂 what a sight and what a racket it makes, driving through town with several other cars following all honking their horns!! There are other wedding day "pranks" the Best Man is responsible for pulling off, meant to be silly fun to make the day even more memorable LoL 😂😂! Seeing all the beautiful gifts for the wedding, the lace, the trim, and fabric making you so happy and giddy just made my heart to happy and excited for you!! You've said before, and we agree, that everything you wanted or even thought about has been provided!! Even from your childhood, seeing things you would have loved to been able to have, but were unable have ALL been provided!! Exceedingly and abundantly above all you could hope or dream!! These gift are beautiful. Thank you for being so inspiring to so many. I'm just starting my journey of minitures. My hubby bought me a dollhouse kit 2 Christmases ago. I worked on it here and there and but it's been sitting in my craft room no where close to being done. I hurt myself at work and it took over a year to get surgery. I had ankle surgery January 31st. I'm still recovering at home and can't get down to my craft room 😢. I found your RUclips and have fallen in love with making things for my dollhouse. I'm not very good at it. But hey. It's a start ! Thank you little Gretchen for your inspiration and keeping me sane during my recovery 😂 ( even thought I wanna work on my dollhouse. ) hmmmmm...maybe scoot down the stairs on my butt 😂😅

I found a bag of tiny coins in the jewelry section of Hobby Lobby. They are perfect in my miniature cash register. I worked there as a picture framer for eleven years. It was always fun to see new products.
It is wonderful to see new stock and supplies that you've never seen in miniature! I never thought of coins! I technically could use same process that i used for the buttons! I appreciate this comment/suggestion Beverly!
@@littlegretchensworkshop7665 I was always finding little miniature things in Junktique stores. Finding the brass cash register and the old clock like my Grandmother had set me on my way. My little store is just a haphazard little shop in an antique drawer that was once in our family hardware store that was started in 1879. I made one of your little purses the other day and ordered some binder clips. I enjoy making things and painting and doing so many things that I couldn’t do before retiring. It doesn’t get the house cleaned but it is fulfilling to my soul. I love your videos and the stories behind the creativity. To be able to see possibilities in “ junk” is a gift. I’m thankful for my God given creativity and enjoy seeing others express their creativity. Have a blessed week. You had me fooled in the beginning. I kept expecting to see a little girl. 😂😂😂

I was just at a wedding and they brought out a bundle of toilet paper as a game called Dress the bride .Separated the attendees into groups ,select one person for each group and with toilet paper create a vail and dress on the model .So fun . I wish I could send a picture of my little granddaughter.By the way our team won and my granddaughter won a piece of jewelry.
