The reason why people were pissed off is because Evile were supposed to be the support band and didn't show up, we got you instead but you did not bad considering the situation lol.
Ahhh, that makes sense. I definitely saw them play with Megadeth in the States and they were great and VERY well received. That makes total sense that they were a substitute in Europe. Thanks for the comment. it was confusing without that insight.

I wonder if the shows were at Launchpad, which has maybe the worst PA I've ever heard at a venue that size.

I can understand playing to the sound guy & bartender lol But if there are only 5-15 people in the crowd, you play your fucking heart out for them cuz they came for the same reason that a crowd of 3,000 would.

I get so tired of image being given more attention than the music itself in Metal. They just do not write good music.
Wow lots of Butcher Babies hate in the comments. they were the only band i cared about what they said! and had the most original reason for why the show sucked. i mean, a bass spraying blood everywhere non stop... That's not what i was expecting when they started with "a bass malfunction...!" and they were also the only band that said something THEY fucked up, and not the venue or the audience for why it sucked. i think that says quite a bit about them. but hearing about that one band having a folk singer open was pretty funny. That's a fail.

Came here because I saw Jonny Davy and his beard. Now look- I fucking hate deathcore and always will. Job For a Cowboy went straight out death metal after Doom. Doom was a piece of shit, I mean it sounded like someone was performing it in a whale's asshole in a pig slaughter house. Their album Ruination and song "To Detonate and Exterminate" is by far my favorite.

i would think that its because megadeth is extremely entry level metal, with a more casual audience, and JFAC is death metal. I know tons of people who love bands like megadeth but are completely turned off by the heavier metal
i went to that tour. that was a Gigantour if memory serves. i recall liking Job for a Cowboy, but don't remember them being heavier than megadeth or the other bands. i think that tour had In Flames and High on fire too if memory serves. in fact, in Denver most people really enjoyed Job for a Cowboy at that show! I guess that's why he didn't say America. must be something with the Euro crowd. It definitely depends on what Megadeth song or album you're talking about. i Don't think anyone in their right mind would call Rust in Peace entry level metal. but yeah some of their albums aren't metal at all, Youthanasia, Risk, supercollider. they've been around long enough that they've got a lot of different stuff.
