Another great video! I love your channel and it's so refreshing to see from a 40-year-old woman's POV. Curious have you ever considered working with a speech therapist for your upspeak? I ask cause I sought one and it's been so helpful. I see such a big difference at work, and I even get compliments and I've been asked to speak more in presentations. I didn't know I needed one or that it was an option until I recorded myself (therapist exercise) and immediately caught how I spoke as if everything was a question. I was mortified lol. Hope all is well with you. By the way where did you get your sunglasses I love them! Hope you have a great week.
Thank you! I mentioned in previous videos that I'm actually a very shy person and speaking to a camera is very intimidating for me. Having this channel has forced me to face some of my shyness, which I think my upspeak comes from.
