What if Quadratum is the purgatory for all who commit taboo in their own worlds? Both Unreality and Reality. So, Yozora committed a taboo to try Saving the girl named Sora from his world, Causing him to not look like himself in some way.
But they make a clear destinction between Humans and People since Not all are Humans, so what happends with those who are Not? Do they become Human since all the people we have seen in Quadratum are clearly normal Humans and what nature Taboos are theire to Break if so many Land in Quadratum?
Knowing how Yozora looks like Riku, I think the change in his form is not complete. Since his eyes are two different colors. Maybe his natural eye color is red and in the process of his form changing one of them became blue.
It'd be so cool to have Yozora hunting Sora [and Riku] down and periodically fighting him as a subplot throughout the game (while the heroes are trying to figure out MoM's plan) before eventually allying himself with him. Sora's been targeted by adversaries before, but moreso from afar and hands-off until they need him at the end.
I wouldn’t put it past him. He’s seems to have this singular view that his way is the best way to end the conflict between light and darkness when in reality darkness is necessary for balance. His way will only cause the end of the universe in reality. He definitely feels like a manipulator.
I think your theory is very interesting and I think Yazora could be the guardian of unreality and Quadradom could be in a secret war for Kingdom hearts where yozora lead one faction while the Masters of master could be leading another one and the different factions could be searching for Singularitys like Sora Riku or even Sterletsia as I’m surprised you mention her as part of the Theory as she is also from Reality.
Here is my call. I think like in Bleach there are captains, and there are at least 13 of them including Yozora. They all pilot gundams and they all come from KH universe. In fact I think this is where masters from missing link went to. For some reason they don't use their keyblades and instead use futuristic tech. And Yozora is the last decendant of Ephemer, making his connectinon to Notics complete by him being releated to the founder.

It makes sense to me that Yozora heard Sora's name before, and maybe its this girl's name or a person close to him.

I am getting the impression that neither side is innocent here. Both wanted khs light for themselves and in doing so destroyed the balance. Quadratum could be a parallel world that spun off from that. A last ditch effort by kh to maintain some semblance of balance so it spun it off on its own so something would sutvive.
