I have a request. I know it just isn't possible to accommodate every mod, however, I was wondering if you could make a patch to work with the remove the doors mod. I used the cockpit right next to your staircase and the door from the cockpit is present and makes it difficult to walk into the stairway hab. I just love not having any doors in the ship. The flow is amazing. Thank you for all you do with your mods and being so responsive to our Starfield community.

Like your great cockpits and the DerreTech ones that look same. And both mods have those cool stairs 2-4 stories high. They look a bit different but it's the same thing, right? There are good reasons behind the similarities, but no, there won't be any removing of some things to eliminate similar items, Just like you can have a captains quarters, all in one, workshop ect. from all of the vanilla manufacturers that all perform effectively the same function and are effectively the same thing, that's bound to happen with mod author manufacturers as well.
Question! When I fit Matilija's Destroyer, Cruiser or Battleship cannons to my C Class ship they manually fire (which I love) but when I fit them to my M Class ship they fire in turret mode - is this intentional? Just curious as I love manually firing them.🎉
There are two different types of destroyer, cruiser and battleship cannons, both manual fire and turret options, they are noted with an A in their designation if they are turrets, and without one if they are manual fire. For instance the manual fire Class A battleship cannon is the TBC10, the turret version is the TBC10A.
Thank you SO much for responding to my query, I absolutely love incorporating your mods into some of my ships I build (mainly C class and an M Class) that I built recently as I like the design aesthetic and their functionality and they're just so damn COOL! 😎 Now you've informed me of a detail that I missed in regard to the weapon name designations I will jump back into the game to arm my M Class with your cannons as I really do enjoy using these to shred enemy ships as I 'lead' my target by firing just in front of their flight path in true dog-fighting style. Your ship elevators are a god-send for large ship builders and that recent addition is my most favourite mod so far, I really COULD go on about your valuable contributions to ship modding but I'll end by saying thank you again 🤩👍
@@matilija Starfield just kind of a 'meh' release as a whole, and the direction that the Devs are taking by blaming the gamers, (gamers dont understand gaming, "story doesnt matter" from Emil's Ted Talk.. for example) then have the audacity to charge for quests, charge for DLC, charge for mods... Next thing you know, they'll charge for basic multiplayer. It's insane watching them do that, when the people over at NO Mans sky, are giving us multiplayer, DLC size updates, all for free.. for the entirety of the god damn game. All because they genuinely felt bad, about the games' less than spectacular release. You could say the exact same thing about Bethesda, shitty slop release slop game with insane paid for reviews, except.. Now that the DLC's coming out, one of the companies expects us to pay them money to see if they're doing a better job... And one studio makes ALOT more than the other. Thats what kinda makes me sick. It feels like, they will just accept the game as-is, and then thats where the bar will sit for Elder Scrolls 6. Count me out.

As for your rant about SF vs. NMS, NMS was at best a 2/10 when it released, it was buggy, 95% of what was promised wasn't in the game and they are just now starting to approach what was originally promised, that's why those updates haven't been charged for, not because HG is some altruistic developer, but because they have to at least deliver on their initial promises before they can justifiably charge more for their updates. As for charging for the DLC, let's look at that objectively, since the game released on GamePass day 1, most people were playing it effectively for FREE, I don't think it's unjustified to charge for a DLC for a game that saw substantially fewer sales than it would have had it been released traditionally. SF was a solid 7/10 when it released, and I get not liking how BGS has responded to their criticisms, but what do mods or your original post have to do with any of that? You stated that any mod in SF was probably more fleshed out in FO4, except that I've never made any mods for FO4, and this mod never existed in FO4, so it was a questionable post, hence my ? response.

The class C version is a duel barrel option with counter rotating between the barrels.

There's already a PDY patch out there for my mod, it was made by CPTMurphy.
These are definitely cool! Please tell me they will be able to be mounted on the underside of the ship so I can use them as massive gatling guns.
Yes, they use standard mounting, so they will work on the underside, on the nova weapon mounts, on the equipment plates ect.
