Thx for filming Lloyd. I went to a Covenanter camp at age 13 just up from new beach in Polzeath. Nearly 50 years ago! Gotta love watching the surfers in the bay as the sun goes down. All the best for the SDW 100m. Can’t wait too retire back to the UK and run some of these epic races. 👊🏻💪🏻

Best of luck with the SDW 100; you’re right about taking care on overgrown parts of the coast path - I took a tumble on the swcp 2 weeks ago and smashed my knee and I won’t be recovered enough for the race. I’ll be rooting for you and everyone else taking part though.
Can’t remember if you’ve done this before, Loyd, but if you think it would be worthwhile, maybe you could do a video with tips for running on the beach?

We always stay at South winds campsite, it's an amazing site, the bar/restaurant does amazing pizza and the live music nights are so good 👍🏼
