Another damn good watch Loyd , good to have a free large carpark at the start , really enjoyed my run ,not bad after a 12 hour night shift .. pity the big hike in price to do the 20 k
Great race report brilliantly filmed as always. Good run in tough conditions 👍 ….. I think the last time I ran round that lake I finished up wading through knee deep water on Freedom Racing’s Ultra down to Kynance Cove and back which was a ‘mud fest’ 😮
Another great video Loyd, really love your channel. Also great to see Lisa again. Curious about your adventures in the next year. Love the Grind, Getting it done, but mostly: stay safe and keep on running 🤗
Looks like a great race. The signs are not looking good for me to start Arc, I just haven't done enough through sickness but we'll see. I'm down for Hurtwood 50 as well.
Looks like a great course….how do you make a shoe choice pre-race when you have so many to choose from??….why hokas over the agility peaks?….just curious
My Agility Peak 5's were still wet from running the day before. I knew some of the route would be muddy but there were also sections of tarmac. The Mafate Speed 4's handle those conditions well. Hope this helps and thanks for watching the channel 🙏😊
Great race you 2, just a quick question about about another race that you have done before, do you think the hoka or peak 5 would be better for the Hurtwood? I have both but haven't had time to recky the route
Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed the video. Either shoe would be fine for Hurtwood, I'll be wearing the Agility Peak 5 for the race, see you on the start line 😁
@@Run4Adventure cheers fella, I'm looking forward to it, it's only my 3rd 50k to date and I'm bringing a friend to get his cherry popped 😁 oh and it's the day before I turn 50... Might need some cake at the end 🎂

Your running channel is my favorite one out there. I love watching the videos.

Omg I’m the second guy 3:51 in the blue/black top with the pale green shorts wearing #200 😂

Great video Loyd. Good to see you both on the day. Lovely route. You're right about Loe bar. It was tough with the sand and the wind 🌬️

@@Run4Adventure it's a pity you don't send your Run4adventure stickers to Belarus.😢 I'd love to have them on my T4 van.
Great video again Loyd and Liga, you guys need to come and run a race up North next year!!
Great video as always Loyd, see you on the Hurtwood 50 start line!

@@Run4Adventure just seen this comment 🙄 👍
Hey Lloyd, How were the Hoka’s? Enough grip in the slop?
They actually ran well even in the mud 👍
What kind of running windproof body (jacket) are you wearing and recommending?
My gilet was from SAYSKY, you can't beat running in a gilet in winter! Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Thanks Loyd for answering! Keep up the nice videos and of course keep on running @@Run4Adventure
