If you like Vigilante, I think you might like Taxi Driver. That show involves a squad of vigilantes, awesome fights, and it even has a 2nd season. I think the soundtrack is also a win.
So so so hard agree. Taxi Driver is possibly my favorite Kshow to come out in recent years, with satisfying revenge and well acted characters.
Taxi Driver is literally one of the best vigilante-themed kdrama 👏
I think OG vigilante is just SO disillusioned by the loopholes and unremorseful criminals that he can't bring himself to stop. He feels like doing his vigilante thing is the only way to do *something* other being helpless and powerless to help others. Clearly he does have some kind of call to duty which is why he wanted to be a cop in the first place.
Vigilante is right. No matter what, the law doesn't protect those who truly need it. Irl murder bad blah blah blah, but in these types of shows I feel it's justified. I love this show. Also, Jiyoung has been crazy.
I think this types of shows are kinda wish fulfillment.

oh i’m definitely not on the terminator’s side… he is just a power hungry cop who thinks he’s the only one who’s allowed to use his position to inflict violence onto others and get what he wants. it’s funny that he thinks he’s in a position to be guiding jiyong to the right path lol he’s a hypocrite and his whole speech about jiyong being a “traitor” is so icky too like you can tell he takes a lot of pride in being a cop and that’s the only reason he’s offended by what the vigilante is doing, not because he actually cares about justice or the lives of others.
A recommendation here you guys will def love "Mouse " Kdrama i highly recommend this drama but be careful with spoilers tho it's so fun and kept me in my seat the whole time when I was watching that 😭 but anyway it was one of the top psychotic Korean dramas so worth the watch ❤

I'm 100% not on the vigilante side i think this show tried to show us multiple times how bad the ideology of the vigilante is! from the moment where violent people thought they had a right to harm others because they are copying the vigilante, to that fake bored rich crazy fake vigilante, to the weird reporter who doesnt care about humans life but views she is beyond crazy too you could sense it when she got excited that the vigilante showed up again to that mirror shot. i think the writers are trying to say that even if jiyong comes from a good place his action is effecting a whole society which is why we need law system. noone has the right to decide who deserves to die
