This house is goals. Especially living in LA. I feel like it is rare to see a house that has this much space in/out. The price isn't bad i think, if this house was in the hills side, 2x the amount for a view.
This is probably one of my favorite houses so far. I love how peaceful it felt throughout the tour. Also I love the walkthrough of the house and that you guys didn't just cut to the next room it really gives a sense of the layout.

This home is pretty cozy and peaceful and kinda has everything you will need, nothing is missing and it's kinda well priced compared to a house that big and the fact that it's located in LA, great video by the way 👍
Ends, you can add to your sales pitch inside the garages you are Now showing better! Tell ppl that if they have a 5th Wheel Camper, Motorhome , a 4x4 Truck, a Range Rover With nice big tires or even a Nice boat they’d like to store inside THIS GARAGE- That the garage height is just Fantastic. Why? Because in Calif.Lots of ppl travel & many have these BIG ITEMS that they need this taller ceiling height to make sure they have plenty of head space while they are storing them.

This house insanely amazing right from the front door entrance, all the way through the whole building. Classy,stylish, nice light simple colours and yet glorious and pleasant. Eye to detail to every little things. The backyard is like a whole theme park to yourself and family. This house is one of the best, top five have seen from you. And I'm not easily impressed or moved by anything lol.
This house is so extra, wow it has 7 bedrooms, amazing bedrooms, but you could easily convert 2 or 3 areas into additional bedrooms. Like off the master could be a nursery eg. Truly lavish. Wow
The exterior of the house is very beautiful and the huge outdoor area is amazing, I feel the inside of the house is not very well put together, I saw many videos on your channel and feel many smaller homes have more organized interior which makes the space feel larger than this one, I don't know if you agree on that, what do you think?

So Enes, I would assume that realtors are still trying to sell and show properties even during this whole craziness that's going on? And in your own opinion what do you think the "temporary shut down" will do the PRICE and sale of homes during and after it's over? Will sellers have to be more flexible on the price? Of course no matter what if buyers have the money and want to buy a particular home they will no matter what, but with what's going on does effect decisions sometimes.

The house is spectacular.. grounds are stunning.. I feel like the staging missed the mark though. But, of course .. personal tastes vary .. The new owners will have their own furnishings and decor so the focus for me was on the house and grounds. I especially love that curved space with all the windows on the upper level.. Watercolor studio ! : ) As always a great tour. I don't even need to like the houses to enjoy the tours. You are the BEST at this .. Tried to watch a couple of other similar type channels with tours.. they ranged from boring to irritating .. didn't make it through more than a few minutes .. Then came back to watch more of YOUR videos.. : )
