Moral of the story: If Norah takes on a project you’re gonna need to open a whole department to fill her shoes once she moves on to the next one.
Dude, Norah is freaking awesome being able to scale from a garage corner to thousands and thousands of square feet and do it in a way that makes yall industry known. I think if yall want to do interviews with employees who are willing to be interviewed like this would be super cool and it would develop a strong customer/company relationship.

I really have to hand it to T. Rex as a company and especially the shipping department. It seems to be an underappreciated aspect of running a business in the "modern era" where everybody's buying things online from thousands of miles away. I have recently placed a plethora of orders from you guys and the shipping has always been lightning fast and even when I wanted to exchange something I purchased in error. Stellar company, and stellar employees. Keep up the good work guys.

This was a great video. I ordered like $800 worth of range equipment, targets, stands, sticks for the stands, sticker gun, etc. and I ordered it late night. If I remember right, if it didn't ship the very next day it was like 8AM the day after. Y'all's shipping and warehouse staff are real pros. Seeing how the sausage is made and the heroes behind it was a real treat.
I found this especially interesting considering my most recent T.REX purchase was on July 4th and I received notification it shipped on July 5th. Amazing job! Loved the look behind the curtain. Show more of this and the people that make T.REX successful.

My favorite part was towards the end when Norah mentioned how Trex Arms believed in her, supported her, and allowed her to grow. That speaks to the values of the company, which permeates through everything you all do.
I found this truely satisfying, watching a successful company build from the ground up amazes me. You guys rock as a team/family. Even customer service is top notch. This is a diamond tier company who provides us mostly (civies) the quality gear that are up to standards in this day & age. With out all of your informational videos, reviews, & just simple shooting, I wouldn’t know where I’d be right now. You hold the main hub to everything that screams quality.

Been waiting for this one oddly enough 😂 in my opinion T-Rex Arms sets the standard all these other tactical companies should strive to achieve. Not only do you guys have great values you guys are on top of it. I still have some pouches from some other companies I’ve been waiting over a month for and one still hasn’t even sent out it’s absolutely crazy. Even when things may be a little pricier I would rather save and spend my money here. Alright enough word vomit from me you guys keep up the awesomeness yall are

I’ve been in logistics and warehousing for a decade and a half. Impressive staff recognition here. Usually my warehouse guys are left with me fending for their jobs as they are under-appreciated.

Touring the warehouse was a highlight of mine and my dad's year, last year!
I always wondered how Trex shipped so fast. I am sure it involves a whole team, but seeing Norah's knowledge and attitude, I am sure with her management, the fulfillment department runs smoothly. It is good to know who to thank when I see that shipping notice, the same day as ordering.
I’m a software engineer in training and would love to one day work for you guys. Would love to see more of that in action and maybe like a day to day for them. Appreciate all you do at TREX! Truly one of the most inspiring companies for the next gen of 2A/rights focused citizens.

Being the shipping/receiving guy for 2 different companies for 18.5 years I have the utmost respect for Norah. Funny I just looked at your jobs listing today. I would apply, to bad I'm 69 years old. However I still do a 40 hour work week as THE shipping/receiving dept.

I do like videos such as this. It sounds like it's almost time for a 2nd shift. Also, the night vision equipment. That's how we sign out our scheduled medications in the trucks (morphine, fentanyl, ketamine), and it works well for accountability
If you go to smaller aisles, use Standing Reach Trucks, they’re awesome for tight spaces!
TRex Arms and PSA both have the best shipping departments ever.
PSA wanted to charge me 40$ to ship 3 boxes of 9mm ammo LOL
@@jfraz_7720 I just put 3 boxes of 9mm in my cart and estimated shipping.....it was $10. That must be a you problem.

My guy, stop the aperture down on the camera a few steps and turn the focus speed down and it will quit the warbling effect when it hunts for focus. Love seeing the results of caring for the people that work for the company.

Trex is amazing and always ships out my package quickly, NYC USPS on the other hand I think hates Trex and every package from Trex gets bounced around the city for weeks before getting delivered 🙄
