  • No sugar! No flour! Eat and lose weight! Do you have oatmeal, banana and cocoa?
    Recipes and ingredients:
    Recipes 1
    150 g oat flakes.
    200 ml warm milk.
    Leave on for 10 minutes.
    2 eggs.
    2 bananas.
    vanilla extract.
    20 g cocoa powder.
    5g baking powder.
    Shape 18cm.
    Oil.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    30g walnuts.
    30g dark chocolate.
    Recipes 2
    2 bananas.
    Banana puree.
    lemon juice.
    150g nuts.
    Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
    Recipes 3
    150 g oat flakes.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    2 apples.
    1 banana.
    100 ml water.
    3 tablespoons honey.
    100 g dried apricots.
    50g nuts.
    Shape 18 cm / 7 inches.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
    3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
    lemon juice.
    Recipes 4
    1 cup oatmeal.
    1 banana.
    2 tablespoons apricot jam.
    2 tablespoons butter.
    50g oat flakes.
    50g nuts.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.

    Muy buenas sus recetas lo único malo es que desperdicia mucha mezcla porque no usa la palita miserable y limpia bien los moldes donde hace sus mezclas para aprovechar todo
