OMG that was dangerous walking towards bison - all national parks tell you to avoid them. The ones on the side of road looked up at Oliver barking - his beagle senses on alert :) Drone videos are great - please capture more dramatic and beautiful landscapes - all of us stuck at home need this :)

Oliver was exhausted after protecting his family from that herd of stampeding buffalo. Oliver, the WONDER DOG!!!!! Oliver seems to like life on the road. Dad may have to become a long-haul trucker just to satisfy Oliver's wanderlust. 🤭

You guys should go to Kauai!! My husband and I vacationed on Kauai at the Kaha Lani Condominiums Resort and we were out sightseeing for the day and when we got back to our Condo's parking lot, I seen all these HUGE frogs / toads on the sidewalk leading to our Condo and I told my husband that I didn't want to walk through them, so he went first to scare them away off the sidewalk, these guys were massive, as big as a man's hand spread out, (from the thumb to the little finger), and fat!! Just as my husband got the sidewalk cleared, I started on my way, well, they came back with a vengeance and even spit on me and my tour guide travel book said to lookout for these frogs / toads because they are very poisonous, so I had to take an immediate shower! And these guys are HUGE!! And when they hop, their so big and fat they make a very hearty thump on the sidewalk, EWW!!!
That looked more like a toad than a frog.

This is so great. Buffalo can be quite aggressive. That was a lot of them, but they didn't feel so threatened by Oliver so all was good. 😂

Every dog should be so fortunate to have a dog that loves them the way Oliver’s dad loves and dotes on him. I even feel like I fall way short with my dogs when I look at these vids.

That was fun. I was laughing at Oliver barking at the bison.When the car was close to the bison,Oliver didn't stop barking, but I noticed that he moved back to being completely inside the car.:) This has been a really nice document of Oliver's trip.

Just has to watch this again some 1+ year later. Videography is tremendous! And Oliver’s reaction to meeting bison for the first time is unbeatable. The barking but retreating from window as if to say “I’m not afraid of you, but I think inside the car is more comfy right now!” I can’t get enough of dear Oliver!🥰

Aww. I had a cockapoo and she was the love of my life. She was my first and really only long time dog. They are sooo cute!
christar 95 pls tell me she will calm down. I had two labradors prior who lived till 15 and 13 and Bella passed just before COVID-19. Luna lives up to being a lunatic and I have to say at times I struggle with her energy levels. She has just separation anxiety issues too especially since Bella died. Believe not a video I haven’t watched or training tricks etc etc. having me at home non stop. Don’t get me wrong , completely loving 🥰 her recall and obedience levels (when she chooses to listen !) are great but she is soooo hyper. Do they ever calm down 😂. Wouldn’t and couldn’t be without her , she gives me a reason to get up but she is like a Duracell battery. Nearly 3 - any tips pls more than welcome. I know I am not the perfect alpha where she is concerned. Oliver do you have any tips for me as you are soo great.

Your travel vids with Oliver are great. He should have a monument all to himself for being the world's cutest Beagle Dog.
We have a Harrier Hound, which looks like a large beagle (43 lbs.), and has been described as a "beagle on steroids". Daisy is her name, and she likes to bay - Aroooo! - at strange animals. We have taken the same route you are taking with Oliver, but we have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now Daisy is a former street dog, and we can only guess about what her life was like before she came to us. However, Daisy does not like large mammals.
When we came to Custer State Park, and a herd of bison crossed right in front of our Jeep, and then leisurely
It posted before I was finished. Anyhow, the herd went alongside the passenger front door, and Daisy freaked out. She immediately turned her body and looked out over the hills behind us, in order not to look at the bison! So funny!
