I am legit obsessed with these workouts. They are great for warm ups and really get you in the mood for working out! I absolutely loved the ballet aspects in the Cardigan workout! Another great video, Teagan, keep it up
growing up as a show dance dancer, I have always wanted to try out ballet but never had the chance to so the cardigan choreography was really fun, if there’s any chance you could do one with just a routine like that with songs from her albums folklore or evermore I’d be so happy 🥺
