as a folklore stan, this video is the only thing that motivates me to work out and im not even joking. a lot of these movements are difficult because im not a dancer and i almost never work out but im super motivated because its to folklore and i get to sing along
Same! I have the grace and balance of a panda (hint- I fall a lot) and my plié looks like I’m trying to not touch a toilet seat, but Taylor’s music makes me forget and for 15 minutes I feel like a ballerina!

Really appreciate the slow, calm vibe this has. Sometimes I’m not in the mood to do a fast-paces high impact workout. I legit see myself doing this again and again to unwind. Try and make more such slow-song dance workouts, okay? Thanks for this one.❤️
My eldest daughter who is 6 really enjoys this workout, she has done it a few times already; the best part we all do it as a family! My wife does your workouts and my daughters do the dancing workouts (they do ballet , so they can relate to some of your steps) My girls love how you incorporate it all together! I took some dance classes 40 years ago, but that's the extent of my dance background---I am going to need to do this on repeat, just to retrain my oldish body and to enjoy the experience. This is by far the best dance workout I've done, not only in general, but from Maddie too. The songs are slow, but I'm somehow drenched in sweat
