I still remember seeing Tica four years ago. I had never seen a snakehead fish as cute and beautiful as Tica. The snakehead fish I usually see are big, scary, and aggressive, but Tica is like a little princess-shy and adorable.❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! ❤️ I’m glad Tica has made such a lasting impression on you. She truly has a unique personality that sets her apart from the typical snakehead fish!
I learned about snakehead fish because of Ferret Wonderland. I searched many aquariums in my country, but they all said they didn’t have a breed as small as Tica. I really envy that you can have her, and I also envy Tica for having such wonderful owners like you, who built her a beautiful tank.🎉💕
Tica is such a unique and beautiful snakehead fish! I can't believe how small and delicate she is compared to the ones I usually see. You’re so lucky to have her!
Thank you so much! 😊 Tica really is a special little snakehead fish, and I’m glad you think she’s beautiful! It's amazing how different she is from the larger ones, and I feel very fortunate to have her in my life. Her personality adds so much joy to our home!
I’m amazed by the beautiful setup you’ve made for Tica! She must be so happy to have such a lovely home, and it's incredible how adorable and gentle she seems.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m really glad you like Tica’s setup! She seems to enjoy her home, and her gentle personality makes it all the more special. It’s a joy to create a beautiful environment for her!
I guess that wooden decoration shaped like a snakehead fish, just like Tica, is really beautiful. Such a majestic forest, I really want to walk in and live there.😍
Thank you! I'm glad you like the wooden decoration-it definitely complements Tica! 😍 The forest atmosphere is amazing; I wish we could all explore it together!
Beautiful work! Tica seems so chill for a snake head! She seems very happy in her new epic home. It’s nice to see more of your life. The commute and how you have a studio. Taiwan is pretty ❤
Thank you so much! 😊 Tica is surprisingly chill, and I'm glad she enjoys her new home! I appreciate your support and love sharing my life in Taiwan. It's a beautiful place!
That wood decoration reminds me of ancient runes. Maybe it’s a symbol of tranquility, perfectly matching Tica’s graceful presence in her peaceful home.
Thank you so much! I’m thrilled you think Tica is a jewel! She truly is special, and I love creating a beautiful environment for her. Your kind words mean a lot!
SOOOOO GOOOOOOODDD. I love the selection of miniature orchids. I personally believe they look much better than large plants because they keep a proper scale and trick the eye into thinking this landscape is much more natural/realistic. Or at least that a mix of large/small plants is best since this is what we see in nature :)
I’m guessing the wood in Tica’s tank is meant to resemble a mystical bridge, connecting the underwater world with the sky. It adds such a dreamy touch!
Watching your fish reminded me of my own snakehead, which I unexpectedly caught while catching wild guppies. He was sooo tiny, and I decided to keep him, not knowing they get big. I raised him for two years, but he eventually got too big for my tank, so I released him back where I caught him. I miss him so much.
Thank you for sharing your experience! Snakeheads are fascinating creatures, and it’s amazing that you raised yours for two years. It must have been a tough decision to release him, but it’s great that you gave him the chance to thrive in his natural habitat. I can see how much you cared for him!
words cannot express how much i admire your work. i have been keeping fish for a few years with planted tank. learned a lot about aquatic plants and aqua scape. done river bank theme scape, forest theme scape, mountain scape and iwagumi scape. recently discovered Channa and would love to get into keeping them. while researching about channa, stumbled upon your channel... fell deeply in love with your work... im inspired to create a terrarium + aquarium tank for my very first channa... a 90 X 40 X 40 tank is ordered!
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words! I'm beyond flattered and thrilled that my work has inspired you. Your journey with aquascaping sounds amazing, and I’m so excited to hear that you’re venturing into keeping Channa. A 90 x 40 x 40 tank sounds like the perfect size for your first Channa setup! I can’t wait to see how it turns out-I'm sure it will be beautiful! Best of luck with your new project!
@@ferretwonderland i have some questions hoping you could answer. i see you use pots for the planting and i wonder if the roots of those plants would rot as they are constantly soaked in water. most house plants do not require much of watering, let alone soaked in water, even if it's moving water. do you have a list of plants that could thrive in this condition? or plants that should be avoided? The only plants that i know could live in this condition as i currently have them growing on top of my tanks are Spurflower and pothos. thanks in advance
I just stumbled upon your channel and i love your setup builds. It's really encouraging me to try to make something as beautiful as yours hopefully one day.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that you love the setup builds. It’s great to know that my work inspires you! I believe you can create something beautiful too-just take it one step at a time. Can't wait to see what you come up with! 😊
¡Saludos!
So beautiful that with the music I thought I might start welling up with tears, thank goodness you didn't choose super sad orchestral music or I might've actually been bawling tears of joy by the end😂😂, seriously though your work is amazing, I have angel fish & tetras but would love to build something this incredible one day, I'm subscribing immediately!!! God Bless you & your animals for making my day, or days & weeks, however long it takes me to binge watch all your videos!!! 😂😂
I'm using a type of board called '珍珠板' in Taiwan! It's great for various projects. If you're looking for something similar in Singapore, you might try searching for 'pearl board' or 'foam board' at local craft stores.

Beautiful setup!
Exactly! 😂 Tica knows what's important! Thank you for the compliment on the setup! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Wow, Tica is like a little jewel in that stunning aquarium! I’ve never seen a snakehead fish so cute. Your love and care for her really show!

Simply beautiful and amazing. Now i want an aquarium for lizards and frogs.
That sounds awesome! A vivarium for lizards and frogs would be amazing!

Остров сокровищ со своим личным морским чудовищем😊 сказочно❤❤❤
Ха-ха, это замечательная идея! Остров сокровищ с личным морским чудовищем сделает приключение еще более волшебным и загадочным!

How did she get hold of that plastic tip? I'm so glad she's ok.
I accidentally dropped the plastic tip into the water while feeding, and she thought it was food and ate it. I'm really glad she's okay!
I think the wood was placed that way to resemble mangrove tree roots
That's a fantastic observation! Everyone's perspective is so unique. Stay tuned for my next video where I’ll reveal more about the design choices!
What kind of board are you using? =( I can't find similar one in Singapore

Why did it started lagging
We didn't notice that issue when watching on both mobile and computer.
6:04 I would throw away that plastic cover immediately. :-S
Why not use sphagnum moss instead of the cloth
