Any of the ideas that use a die cutting machine will put enough pressure on them to help them stick. Especially the embossing folder one. Maybe you could run the card panel through a machine on its own?
I always go over mine with a bone folder, works most of the time, but if your washi isn’t very sticky, run it along a glue stick & then go over it with a bone folder, should do the job 👍
Ann, you never cease to amaze me, love the masculine looking one and covering tea lites, embossing a covered card with washi tape is brilliant. You are the best out there, God Bless
Lovely cards Ann 🥰 I love the different ways you used your washi tape, your card designs and your tutorial ❤️ thanks for sharing your creativity Hugs xx
Hi Ann, Thank you so much for sharing all your really lovely cards I couldn’t choose a favourite I loved them all 👍Ann, you sounded full up with a cold so wishing you a speedy recovery 💖👍 Lin
Thank you Ann, I am slowly decluttering and have a tub of washi tape that I am not using. But after our company has gone today I will now be able to find a use for them xx
Good morning, Ann. As a crafter, we all have struggles with getting the beginning/end of the Washi Tape. It was said that an easier way to find the "end" is to use pieces of acetate on it. I did it and it is so much more fun to use this amazing crafting item.
Fab ideas Ann and great for male cards. I had some washi with gorgeous shades of green with blues and yellow and it die cut leaves beautifully. Made a garland with them . Also stuck a roll as edging round the edge of my desk. 😂 I do try to use it in alternative ways too xx
I love putting washi through the embossing folder! I do that all the time, but I usually put washi on only half the card. I love the border dies card and stamping on the washi. I assumed the jnk would smudge on washi, but I'll have to give it a try.
Lots of great ideas, Ann, as usual1 Also, just have to say I’m so happy that you are back to crafting and sharing your videos with us more frequently again. :-) XO
Ann, you're a genius! I've seen a dozen videos on how to use washi in papercrafting and I still hadn't seen a lot of these idea! Thank you so much for sharing! 💕
Great video Ann , simple ideas that look amazing , I think sometimes we try to hard to get something different that takes ages to make when you can make amazing in a few minutes , thanks for reminding us we can still do simple ❤
I've only ever used washi tape to hold my dies in place so I only buy the cheap ones that dont have much stick on them and no exciting patterns. I'm going to have to look for better quality ones so I can try these fab ideas. Expect a knock on your door soon as I'm sure Mr G will be kicking me out
these are lovely. could you give the card and mat sizes you use please. i am getting fed up using the same size all the time. (beginner) will you be stocking your shop soon. i love your items.
These are great Ann, more creative ideas. The only problem I have is finding Washi Tape that actually sticks 😕
I have the same problem!

I always use double sided tape or craft stick glue.

Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions, they are much appreciated. 😊

Can I ask about your stamping press? It looks like you could put in larger pieces of paper than the platform size, is that correct?
It's the same as mine, a Vaessen Stamp easy and yes you can put in card that overhangs the edges
You’re very clever
❤
