A very "Michael Cole" comment.
No subsidies and big unmistakable knob.

Conspiracy...

I'm over here watching Julia play songs I've never heard of before, but I watch....BECAUSE SHE'S AMAZING AND I CAN'T STOP WATCHING.
Just fantastic Julia. I can't even imagine playing this. Amazing playing!!
I tried to picture myself playing bass while watching this video and my fingers got tired. you're great to observe. thank you. Glad I took up the flute....no exhaustion there.
it’s truly a pleasure seeing her bass collection grow, as it should!
Taking on a Vulpeck song/Joe Dart is gutsy! So bold and talented at such a young age.
Been waiting two years for this. Legendary!
this is the first time i've seen you in full focus and somewhat *struggling* in some ways.
in other videos, you're always grooving and dancing and smiling and really really stylish, but here you're in full focus mode and exerting effort... it's like tackling a very very hard recital piece in music school haha. the 16th note runs are SO hard to keep up. i love your videos SO much. you're such an amazing amazing bassist.
I completely agree with this comment. The hardest part of this song is the intro. Keeping that tempo is EXTREMELY difficult. Any practicing tips?
Thank you! Haha, yes, this song is crazy hard to play :)
@@juliaplaysgroove czesc! been a fan since your early vids. i'm a bassist too! maybe i'll start making vids soon! love you! i hope to hear more from this bass! you deserve them all!
yeah, this might be the first time i’ve seen her struggle. granted, she didn’t make any outright mistakes... but she had trouble with the more complex parts of the bassline. i feel for her 😥
The slight timing and timbre consistency issues in the intro 16th note part is the most she's ever struggle on camera, which just shows she's human like the rest of us.
Hi Julia, I'm a bass player for 38yrs. You are outstanding!!! I would love for you to play Stevie Wonder songs
Nice to see you with Joe Dart’s bass. However, I’m sure we’re all waiting on Julia’s signature bass.
You make my day!!!
Let it be a medium scale! 32" Musicman
Totally agree with you!
I think more than the funk/wandering parts, the bit of this which impresses me the most is the dead evenness of the 1/16 notes. Staying that even and consistent for that long on pluck is not as easy as one would think. Very, very cleanly played. Nice job!
Girl you're a master. Respect for the practice and the amazing results.
And she played that without wearin shades! Skillz!
oh boy, she has the unmistakeable, can't miss it, volume knob.
what is that controlling?

Ive played guitar for 20 years and love it. I have a bass which i play when i record songs in Logic. But you've inspired me to take my bass playing to a new level.... Thanks for being awesome!
Is this how hands are supposed to work? Because i might have to return mine.
I saw Dean town and rushed over here lol
Same!
Same same
Loving how calm and cool this cover sounds, and the song
My god Julia!!! A New bass and look that very fast fingers, I don't have words, you're very good at playing bass, it's beautiful the difference between the spaces of silence and you playing, regards from your Argentinian fan!! 🇦🇷💚
i got carpal tunnel watching this.
2:00 is seriously IMPRESSIVE. i can watch her play all day. She plays these covers like she wrote em!!!
That bass looks gorgeous 😍 loved this bassline, I can feel the groove in this video.
