Thanks for sharing, Niko! I love learning Japanese home cooking from RUclips videos like yours. Watching you cook the same way you cook for your family in your own house in such a loving and authentic way is so refreshing and inspiring! ありがとうございます!
Dear Niko, thank you for the wonderful videos. I am also in my 50th, and I’m trying to learn Japanese home cooking. Please continue making videos, I will be looking forward to the next one!
Wonderful delicious looking food!!! But we would like to see your face! Please turn your camera UPRIGHT instead of sideways when cooking. My wife makes the same things, PLEASE show us more of Japan! Where you life...walk around...the shops that you go to buy things. We have not been back to Japan for many many years...I don't know why! I want to climb Fuji-san one more time...visit Saihoji in Arashiyama, see if my friend in small town in northern Japan is still alive??? and see the stone sacro in Aomori or Akita(?) PLEASE show us more of your life and world!!! I like your music background. Gambatte! Harry Brooks Gaithersburg Maryland USA

Sonotori desu! You are right! I'm a foreigner from the US and I love Enoden.
I’m enjoying the video 🤍
Love your video - would have been a bit nicer if the subtitles were on the bottom of the screen, they were a bit distracting from the calm vibes :)
